“Under Moulana Fazal Dad, Masjid Abubakar in Bradford, England, has been at the centre of inter-faith initiatives for a long time, and is on what is known as the “inter-faith trail” – a walk to different places of worship in the city. 

When a large number of Christians from Germany visited the Masjid last month, they sat and listened to Qiraat being recited as well as talks about Islam. And later on, the Christians sang their hymns in the Masjid while musallees watched. 

Following criticism, the Muslim defenders of the hymn-singing said it was an “impromptu” act on the part of the Christians to show their gratitude for the hospitality they received during their two-hour visit, and the Christian prayer should be understood for what it was – “a beautiful, universal prayer for peace”. This was pure kufr, and the latest sign that our Masjids risked turning into multi-faith worship halls where bible-reading and hymn-singing take place, alongside the recitation of Salaah and Qiraat. 

Some weeks later the Bradfod supporters of this kufr announced that “Subhanallah”, two people had accepted Islam following their “inter-faith visit” to the Masjid. How should we respond? Should we now join them in saying Subhanallah? Or should we remain opposed to “inter-faith” events taking place in Masjids? Please comment in the light of the Shariah on this scenario.”

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was the Last and Greatest Nabi of Allah Ta’ala. One of the signs of the Truth of a Nabi is the fulfilment of his predictions for the future. In the current era, many of the predictions of our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) are materializing and testifying to the Truth of his Nubuwwat.

One of Rasulullah’s predictions was that in the era in close proximity of Qiyaamat, the Christian cross will be worshipped inside the Musjid. This shaitaani process of kufr has already been initiated in different places. What you have explained is merely an additional link in the satanic incremental process of converting the Musaajid into haunts of kufr and zina. Zina too will be perpetrated inside the Musaajid.

The kufr hymn-singing and worship of the Christians in the Musjid are merely a prelude for actual cross-worship in the Musaajid. The shaitaani imam and the shaitaani supporters of the kufr in the Musjid are all Murtaddeen. Their kufr has expunged their Imaan if ever they were Muslims. Their ‘islam’ was of a superficial, self-deceptive nature. With their condonation of the Christian kufr worship and hymn-singing in the Musjid, the kufr of these Murtaddeen  has surfaced to the fore. Allah Ta’ala has made their nifaaq  manifest.

Salaat behind this agent of Iblees is not valid. It is Waajib for the trustees of the Musjid to give the Agent of Iblees the boot. But if the trustees too are in cahoots with the murtad imam, then obviously they will not act in accordance with the Shariah.

According to the Fuqaha, if a non-Muslim asks a Muslim for the direction to the temple / church / mandir, and if he indicates the direction, then he is guilty of kufr. Nothing is as abhorrent as shirk and kufr-worship to Allah Azza Wa Jal. A thousand commissions of adultery and a thousand murders pale into oblivion in relation to shirk which is the vilest sin for which there is no forgiveness whatsoever if the mushrik / murtad perishes without Taubah. His eternal abode will be Jahannam.

It is absolutely abhorrent and mind-blogging, albeit not surprising, that an imam of a Musjid and professed Muslims possess the satanic capacity to introduce shirk inside the Musjid; to invite kuffaar to acquit themselves with their shirk prayers inside the Musjid, and for the musallees to sit in shaitaani silence listening to the commission of shirk inside the Musjid.

What has happened to the Imaan of these miserable musallis? The barest minimum act which was Waajib for them was to leave the Musjid in disgust and to revile the murtad imam who masquerades as a Muslim.

It appears that in the U.K. Muslims are taking the leading role of acting as Signs of Qiyaamah; to undermine the Deen; to introduce kufr and shirk in the Musaajid and to set the process of mass Irtidaad in motion. Not so long ago, another Agent of Iblees, also a so-called imam of a Musjid in U.K. had indulged in shirk and kufr by inviting a Christian priest to revile Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), the Qur’aan Majeed and Islam in the Musjid. In that evil shaitaani scenario, the stupid musallis had sat through the process of vilification of Islam by the kaafir priest who had the satanic temerity of  distributing his kufr propagationary literature to the musallis. It is no wonder that fear for the kuffaar is becoming incremental in Muslims of the U.K.

The molvis in the U.K. are of the worst breed of Satanism. They are adept in the satanic art of finding shaitaani interpretations for all their fisq, fujoor and kufr. The justification for the kufr in the Musjid by the interpretation of ‘two Christians having embraced Islam’ is a typical example of shaitaani inspiration described in the Qur’aan Majeed as zukhruful qawl (adorned words) which the devils urinate into the brains of the kind of molvis who condone and promote kufr and shirk in the Musaajid. While two chaps may have embraced Islam, hundreds have lost their Imaan in the wake of the satanism perpetrated in the Musjid. The doubtful or even the real Imaan of two fellows never justifies such gross and flagrant violation of the Shariah and commission of kufr as committed by the miserable imam and others who condoned the kufr villainy.

Even if a thousand Christians had to embrace Islam in the wake of the hymn-singing and prayer jaunt in the Musjid, never ever would it have been permissible to allow the evil of kufr to be executed by kuffaar inside the Musjid. The gravest element in this kufr saga is that the Christians executed their kufr and shirk in the Musjid at the invitation of the imam agent of Iblees. They did not barge uninvited into the Musjid. Professed ‘muslims’ in whose hearts lurk nifaaq and kufr invited them into the Musjid for the kufr demonstration.

The obligation of the Muslim is obedience to Allah Ta’ala. It is never our obligation to ensure the entry of kuffaar into Islam by way of sin. It is not permissible to resort to haraam measures for inviting non-Muslims to Islam.

Hidaayat is the prerogative of only Allah Azza Wa Jal. Even the Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) with his divinely-inspired method of Tableegh and Da’wat did not have the power to give hidaayat. Guidance comes from only Allah Ta’ala. Thus, the Qur’aan Majeed addressing Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) says:

“Verily you (O Muhammad!) cannot guide whom you love. But Allah guides whomever He wills, and He knows best who is to be guided.”

Ways of Tableegh

When Halaal ways – ways and methods inspired by Allah Ta’ala – also cannot provide hidaayat, how can haraam ways – the ways of Iblees – ever bestow the treasure of Imaani Hidaayat? The obligation of the Muslim is to proclaim the Haqq and in the discharge of this sacred duty he has to incumbently operate within the confines of the Shariah. He may not step out of these limits in any way whatsoever for the sake of tableegh. Just as Salaat, Saum, etc. are regulated by a plethora of divinely ordained rules and regulations, so too is Tableegh and Da’wat fettered with Shar’i rules which may not be set aside for the achievement of the hallucinated objectives which the Devil urinates into brains and hearts of his agents and cohorts with whom he cavort.

The Kufr/Shirk of the Christian prayer

The followers of Iblees describe the hymn-singing and the Christian prayer as “a beautiful universal prayer for peace”. Those professed ‘muslims’ who subscribe to this belief have lost their Imaan. They have become murtaddeen in terms of the Shariah’s principle of Ridha bil Kufr (Pleasure with Kufr).

Understand well that any prayer of any religion besides Islam is baatil. It is kufr regardless of the ‘universality’ of the wording. Its being a prayer of a kufr religion suffices for its kufr. Emulation, acceptance and adoption of and pleasure with any facet of a kufr religion are all kufr. This is the meaning of Ridha bil Kufr.

Furthermore, men of intelligence can readily understand that worshipping the cross inside the Musjid will not be a sudden phenomenon. Shaitaan releases his  jinn and human agents to cultivate the ground and to render fertile the brains and hearts of Muslims for the acceptance of the ultimate act of Shirk – the trinity. Once Imaan has been sufficiently corroded, in fact extinguished from the hearts of the professed muslims, then cross-worship will be wholeheartedly accepted, condoned and promoted in the Musaajid. This hymn-singing and ‘universal prayers for peace’ are the preludes for cross-worship in the Musaajid. The stage is being set for the ultimate Shirk of cross-worship in the Musaajid by the agents of Iblees such as these miserable infosoria imams whose brains have been coprosized into insanity by the ‘touch of shaitaan’ in the words of the Qur’aan Majeed.

The satanic trend of cavorting blissfully with the religions of abhorrence which is now afflicting Muslims adequately explains the following Hadith narrated by Hadhrat Abdullah Bin Amr (Radhiyallahu anhu):

“A time will dawn when the people will gather in their Musaajid and perform Salaat whilst not a single one will be a Mu’min.”

The Musaajid will be filled with zindeeqs, munaafiqeen and murtaddeen who will be performing their mock prayers in the form of Salaat whilst their hearts will be bereft of Imaan. That is precisely why the crowd of stupid ‘musallis’ had the kufr capacity of sitting silently listening to kufr hymn-singing and kufr prayers by kuffaar inside the Musjid. Their reaction of compliance with kufr is incomprehensible if we have to assume that they are Mu’mineen. However, in the light of the Hadith narration cited above, their attitude of silent tolerance of the kufr and shirk in the Musjid should be quite understandable. They are not Mu’mineen. They are not part of the Ummah of Muhammadur Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam).

Among the signs of Qiyaamah is the transformation of the Musaajid into multi-faith worship halls which will cater for kufr and shirk. The UK ‘muslims’ have taken the lead for establishing kufr and shirk in the Musaajid.


History is pivotal in understanding why Hijāz with its people changed so much.
We must understand how Wahhabism spread in the Hijaz and Najd (modern Saudi Arabia) during and after the time of Muhammad Ibn ‘Abdul Wahhab al Najdi, how they martyred the Hanabilah and how they took the name of the Hanabilah.

The ‘Ulama from the Hanafiyyah, the Malikiyya and the Shafi’iyyah are well known amongst the people, however, the great Hanbali luminaries are known less, the most noticeable reason for this is because the Hanbali madhhab is the smallest madhhab with the least followers.

But it is also important to know that due to the Wahhabi genocide in Hijaz the Hanbali ‘ulama were martyred and the madhhab lost its authenticity in most of those regions.

The founder of the madhhab is Imam Ahlussunnah Abu ‘Abdullah Ahmad Ibn Hanbal al Shaybani, born in 164 after Hijri.

Imam Ahmad was from the Salaf, he was from amongst the greatest Muhaddithin and Mujtahidin, he was a Mujtahid Mutlaq and had memorised 1 million ahadith.

Imam Ahmad and his students were massive scholars and they were upon the creed of the Salaf, they were Sunni in ‘Aqidah and Fiqh.

Imam Ahmad along the three other Imams are accepted by consensus in the Ummah as the greatest scholars.

Historically some Hanabilah have been affected by Tajsīm as the Ahnāf were by I’tizāl, but no sane individual would discard a school of Ahlussunnah because of some deviant adherents, majority have been upon the right path and Ijma’ remains on four schools.

The Hanbalis in fiqh always remained among the Ahlussunnah, and the ‘Aqidah of the Hanbalis was that of the Ash’aris.

The madhhab took its main blow during the crusades of Muhammad Ibn ‘Abdul Wahhab al Najdi, a khārijī who emerged to “cleanse” the world of muslim apostates. This khariji with his cult, and later the Muwahhidun as well, brutally murdered many believers, and they dessimated the Hanbali madhhab and killed the Hanbali ‘ulama of Hijaz and Najd.

Muhammad Ibn ‘Abdul Wahhab al Najdi (1703-1792) was a Khariji and a deviant individual. The ‘Ulama of Ahlussunnah already warned against him before his crusades.

He declared every believer on earth and every believer 600 years prior to his crusades as kuffar.

He spent many years in al Diriyyah and after he gained alliances and power, he then started with his 51 years long crusade against the muslims.
He declared every single muslim on earth to be a disbeliever, except those that followed his religion, and brutally massacred thousands of people, he along his descendants.

In his lifetime he was declared as a Murtad and Kafir by his older brother and the Hanbali Authority of the time, Imam Sulayman Ibn ‘Abdul Wahhab, may Allah be pleased with him.

Once the Wahhabis grew in number, along the progeny of Ibn ‘Abdul Wahhab, they killed many people beyond belief, commiting horrible murders by emptying cities and other unimaginable atrocities.

To the extent that he even murdered his own brother Imam Sulayman.

Besides killing the believers, they dessimated the graves of the Salaf, their houses, the wells they had built, even the trees that were planted by the Prophet ﷺ and his Companions.

They destroyed old relics, artifacts and so much more, all under the pretext of “protecting people against Shirk”, which was an absurd claim, rather, it was to erase Islam completely by the order of the West.

After the death of Ibn ‘Abdul Wahhab his sons continued their crusades against Islam.

The Ottomans were the ones who declared war upon the Wahhabi Khawarij, between the years 1811-1818 the Ottoman army at the time, which was led by Muhammad ‘Ali Pasha aided the muslims against them.

Do you know what the Ottomans did to the Wahhabi cult?

They waged war against them and dessimated the Wahhabi cult.

Many Wahhabis ran away, some of them who fled to Egypt, and those that were captured were imprisoned, their main leaders and followers received the death penalty.

To the extent that the son of Muhammad Ibn ‘Abdul Wahhab was shot to death, by a thousand bullets.
This shows the people what evil atrocities this cult committed.

Because of the Ottomans the Wahhabis were pushed back and removed from power.

But unfortunately after the fall of the Ottoman Khilafah, the Wahhabis rose again due to their alliance with the Sa’ud family and the British Empire.
They spread their Wahabi religion in Hijaz and changed the name to ‘Saudi Arabia’, and finally proclaimed the Dawla (state) of the Wahabiyya, and the rest is history.

Due to this, the people in this age are Wahhabiyyun, I do not state that every single individual is a Wahhabi because there are still some Sunni ‘ulama in those regions.

But the Hanbali madhhab from Hijaz and Najd was infected by them, so that is why so many of them claim the madhhab today.


The Wahhabis claimed to be “Athari” in ‘Aqidah, but their beliefs were false and not in line with ‘Aqidah of the true Atharis or Ahlussunnah. They were Khawarij and shared many beliefs of the Mu’tazilah and the Shi’ah.

They claimed that Allah ﷻ is in a place, that Allah ﷻ is in a direction, that Allah ﷻ sits, that Allah ﷻ resembles his creation. Far from that is our Exalted Lord ﷻ!

The Wahhabi creed is based upon the teachings of Muhammad Amir al San’ani, Ibn Abdul Wahhab al Najdi, al Shawkani, Muhammad ‘Abduh, Jamaluddin al Afghani, Bin Baz, al Albani, Ibnul Uthaymin, and along the rejected opinions of Ibn Taymiyyah.
Their fathers (Amir al San’ani and Ibn Abdul Wahhab) revolted against the ummah and went against the consensus of Ahlussunnah.

They left and rejected the classical teachings of the Hanbali/Athari ‘aqidah, the ‘aqidah of Imam Ahmad, Sayyiduna ‘Abdul Qadir al Jilani, Muwaffaq al Din Ibn Qudamah, Imam al Saffarini, Imam Ibn Badran, al Shatti, and Imam Ibn Balban.

True Hanbali ‘Aqidah is what is found in Lum’atul I’tiqad, Qala’idul Iqyan, Nihayatul Mubtadi’in, Al ‘Ayn wal Athar, Manhaj al Ahmad, Lawami’ul Anwar, only ‘aqidah literature authored by classic Sunni Hanabilah.

And the Madhhab we take from men like ‘Abdul Qadir al Jilani, Ibn Qudamah, ‘Abdul Ghani al Maqdisi, Majd al Din, ‘Ala al Din al Mardawi, Ibn Rajab, al Buhuti, Musa al Hajjawi, al Futuhi, Mar’i al Karmi, al Ba’li, Ibn Badran, Ibn Balban,..

It was a revivement of the Khariji and Mu’tazilah cults. They were declared as disbelievers by the Hanbali authorities.

May Allah ﷻ make Ahlussunnati Wal Jama’ah victorious again.


Among the letters of indignation and shock regarding a zina-porno party being organized by a Devil so-called ‘mufti’ as a fund-raising stunt, a Brother writes:

“The mufti of our town who is the Amir of a local Muslim school is having a fund-raising comedy show called “Bash with Tash”. This is a female Hindu comedian. The show is restricted to females, but it has an 18 year age restriction because of the pornographic content of the jokes, etc. Please comment on this.”


This Rubbish so-called ‘mufti’ is Shaitaan-Incarnate. He must surely be a khuntha whose brains are incorrigibly messed up with a mass of indurate shaitaaniyat. Only a man who is bereft of Imaan has the shaitaaniyat to so brazenly exhibit his shaitaaniyat as this copro-porno devil’s ‘mufti’ has perpetrated.

With the approach of Qiyaamah, the haraam functions of munaafiqaat prostitutes and lesbians masquerading as Muslims, are on the increase. This development is entirely in consonance with the predictions of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) heralding the advent of Qiyaamah.

Immorality, sexual perversity and filth of every abominable conceivable kind will necessarily be the incumbent prelude to the Final Hour. In the Muslim community, all over the world, nowadays women’s zina-type functions are brazenly organized and advertised. One such zina function is dubbed ‘Ladies Brunch’ where the satansim which will be presented is called ‘Bash with Tash’.

These miserable ‘brunch’ women, born to be evil, do not have the faintest idea of the meaning of ‘brunch’, hence they proudfully advertise their ‘brunch’ rubbish and filth. ‘Brunch’ used to be the term describing the fees prostitutes charged for their devilish services. Since they are incorrigibly evil, lewd and immoral – rotten to the core with the fitnah of carnal lust – they revel in their zina ‘bash with tash’. No wonder that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that the vast majority of the inmates of Hell-Fire are women. They are most certainly women of the ‘brunch’ and ‘hijabs off’ kind who swoon in their drunken state of ‘bash with tash’ and nudity with ‘hijabs off’, and satanic ‘music on’.

The fact that they disallow women under 18 – women who are of marriageable age – from participating in their evil, stinking parties, speaks volumes for the shaitaaniyat and immorality which are the prime features of their evil functions. The evil of their parties is so abominable that it constrains these filthy vixen and vermin to debar 17 year old women from attending.

It is indeed shocking that the ‘brunch’ zina function is being conducted under the auspices of the ‘Islamia Muslim School’. There cannot be any Islam in this school, hence the zina party is encouraged.

About another function organized by these vile zaaniyaat, they most audaciously and immorally in kuffaar style, braying like donkeys, in a disgorgement of zina language, scream: “Music on-Hijabs off”. Then, adding filth to filth, they have the rude and naked temerity of saying that their zina stunts are ‘halal’.

These zaaniyaat have even arranged for a ‘bar’ as a feature of their zina stunt-function. While they claim that their ‘bar’ will serve ‘non-alcoholic’ drinks, the very wine-term, i.e. ‘bar’, reveals the filth in their brains and hearts. They are just as a person who says that his father commits adultery with his mother. Whilst the father’s indulgence in relations with the vile man’s mother is halaal, to describe such lawful conjugal relations of his father and mother with the term ‘zina’ betrays the evil and the kufr in the heart of  this satanic person.

These zaaniyaat at their ‘music on-hijabs off’ function are the progeny of Iblees. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) has described women in general as Habaailush Shaitaan (Traps of the Devil). But these ‘music on-hijabs off’ filth, are worse than traps of shaitaan. They are she-devils parading as ‘muslim’ women. There is not a semblance of Islam in these zaaniyaat.

Another group of Shaitaanas in league with the shayaateen of the ‘Mountain Rise Madrasah’ organized their party dubbing it: ‘Connecting the lover with the beloved.’ In reality the connection is with Iblees executed under guise of the Deen. They make a mockery of the Ambiya (Alayhimus salaam) by making comparisons between the immoral kuffaar love affairs and the relationships between the Ambiya and their wives. They are indeed grovelling in the filth of the sewer drains where the rats dwell and revel.

Today the madrasahs have also become haunts for the propagation of satanism, fisq and fujoor.

The women masquerading as Muslims are setting the stage for the heinous public perpetration of zina predicted in the Hadith. These women and their immoral male cohorts who are aiding and supporting them in their filth are the type mentioned in the Hadith – the type of vermin earmarked for disfigurement and transformation into swines and apes.

These zaaniyaat-faajiraat have descended to levels of shamelessness unknown to even swines. While swines are proverbial for shamelessness, there are no adequate pejorative terms to adequately describe the shamelessness and lewdness of these ‘brunch’, ‘bash with tash’, and ‘music on-hijabs off’ Habaailish Shaitaan who have not only denuded and prostituted their physical bodies. The denudation of their physical bodies and their immoral acts and conduct loudly testify to not only the deracination of their Imaani hayaa (sharam / modesty / shame),but glaringly reveals the deracination of their Imaan, if ever they had been Muslims in the meaning of the Qur’aan and Sunnah.

About women and even men of the filthy satanic calibre who organize zina functions and parties, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that whilst the ‘hijabs will be off’, and the ‘music is on’, whilst these illegitimate progeny of Iblees will be enjoying themselves with their swinish acts of music, dancing, merrymaking and zina, then, LO!, suddenly they will find themselves transformed into apes and swines.

Let it be known that these types of gutter-sewer women have already been metaphysically transformed into swines and apes. Their shocking shamelessness and immorality perpetrated in the public domain confirm that their hearts and brains have already become like that of pigs and apes. Now remains only the physical transformation which shall occur most assuredly when the Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal is announced.

The other shocking facet of all this vile satansim enacted in the public, is the total silence of the so-called ulama. Their miserable mouths have been welded by shaitaan, hence they come fully within the purview of the hadith: “He who is silent regarding the Haqq is a dumb devil.” These molvis and sheikhs are like the Ulama and Ruhbaan of Bani Israaeel whose outstanding feature was abstention from Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahyi anil Munkar (Commanding virtue and prohibiting vice).

This disastrous combination, viz., public haraam performances of the swines and apes coupled to the silence of the Ulama and their abstention from Amr Bil Ma’roof, is a glaring Sign of the universal Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. It forbodes the imminence of the Aam Athaab. This Athaab has already apprehended and afflicted certain Muslim communities. Those who are as yet untouched by Allah’s Punishment should not be snug in their hallucinated safety and opulence. They will soon hang by the Divine Rope, the noose of which is already around their necks.

“What, are the people of the cities confident that Our Punishment shall not overtake them during the night time whilst they are sleeping? What, are the people of the cities confident that Our Punishment will not overtake them during the daytime whilst they are indulging in sport? What, are they confidant regarding the Plan of Allah (that His planned punishment will not seize them)? Indeed, none but  a community of losers has such confidence.” (Qur’aan)

“When We intend to destroy a place (city, town, village, etc.), We command its affluent transgressors (i.e. grant them respite). Then they proceed (recklessly) with their fisq (immorality) in the city. Then the decree (of the Punishment) is established for them. Then We utterly destroy them (with Our Punishment.)” (Qur’aan)

Describing this Athaab, the Qur’aan Majeed  says:

“Everyone (of them), We apprehended for  their sins. From among them are those on whom We sent (showers) of stones. And, among them are those whom the Mighty Scream apprehended. And among them are those whom We caused to be swallowed by the earth. And among them are those whom We drowned.” (Qur’aan)

Add to this, the supplement of the punishment of transformation into apes and swines mentioned by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam).


On 26 November 2008 ten  or more men (depending on which version you choose to believe) entered Mumbai and for the next 3 days were involved in killing 167 people all over  Mumbai .By November 29 all three had been killed

Lets just check out events related to persons closely involved with 26/11 BEFORE and after the three days.


On January 12 Indian intelligence officials in Calcutta detained 11 foreign nationals for interrogation before they were to board a Dhaka-bound Bangladesh Biman flight. They were detained on the suspicion of being hijackers. “But we realised that they were tabliqis (Islamic preachers), so we let them go,” said an intelligence official. They had planned to attend an Islamic convention near Dhaka, but Bangladesh refused them visa. Later, seemingly under Israeli pressure, India allowed them to fly to Tel Aviv. The eleven had Israeli passports but were believed to be Afghan nationals who had spent a while in Iran. They had secured landing permits for Dhaka and one-way tickets on Bangladesh Biman’s Calcutta-Delhi route through a Delhi-based travel agency. Indian intelligence officials, too, were surprised by the nationality profile of the eleven. “They are surely Muslims; they say that they have been on tabligh (preaching Islam) in India for two months. The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), probing the Malegaon blast case, today detained Mahant Amritanand alias Dayanand Pandey, the head of the Sharda Sarvagya Peeth in Jammu, from his brother’s house in Kanpur. The Mahant will be produced in court tomorrow and the ATS will seek a transit remand to take him to Mumbai for questioning. ATS Joint Commissioner of Police Hemant Karkare told reporters in Mumbai that the Mahant had a role in the blast conspiracy and had attended several meetings in different parts of the country along with other arrested accused. He used several aliases and we are still verifying certain details Karkare said


The Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) on Thursday invoked the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) against the ten accused arrested so far in the September 29 Malegaon blast case. One more suspect would be arrested soon, ATS chief Hemant Karkare said at a press conference.The police officer said ATS was expecting some vital evidence to emerge from scrutiny of the LAPTOP OF SUDHAKAR CHATURVEDI, one of the accused. The investigation would be hopefully completed within 90 days, Karkare added. During police interrogation Chaturvedi said the revolver and the identity card was given to him by Purohit. The identity card was a temporary pass which allowed Chaturvedi access into the artillery centre at Deolali camp of the army near Nashik, police sources said. Sudhakar Chaturvedi, arrested in connection with Malegaon blast case, was the national co-ordinator of radical group Abhinav Bharat who remained in touch with key accused Lt Col Srikant Prasad Purohit, Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) told a court in Mumbai.

A special MCOCA court on Wednesday remanded Dayanand Pandey, the “spiritual guru” picked up from Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh for his alleged role in the Malegaon blast, in police custody.The ATS told special MCOCA judge YD Shinde that it had recovered “incriminating” materials, including a video-recording and three audio-recordings, from Dayanand Pandey’s laptop. The ATS claimed that it recovered the “voluminous materials” from the hard disk.  Pandey had deleted the “materials” but the ATS got a “mirror image” of the hard disk from the Kalina Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) on Tuesday, special public prosecutor Rohini Salian said.

Question: Surah Kaafiroon clearly states (Verse 6): ‘To you be your way and to me, mine.’ This reassures non- believers that Islam is a religion of tolerance, not compulsion. This verses seems to abrogate another verse which reads:

“O Prophet, fight against the disbelievers and hypocrites, Be harsh with them.’

It appears that there is a contradiction.

Answer (by Mujlisul Ulama):

In fact, this Verse and numerous other Aayaat assure them of Jahannam, and disgrace in this world and the Aakhirat. The very first thing you have to understand is that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “He who speaks (meddles) in the Qur’aan with his opinion should prepare his abode in the Fire.” By having submitted the Qur’aan to your opinion, you come within the purview of this Hadith as well as other Ahaadith.

On what basis have you opined that the Aayat in Surah Kaafiroon abrogates the other Aayat you have referred to? Are you an authority in the science of Nuskh? Are you a Mujtahid? Understand well, that today in the entire world, there is not a single authority of Nuskh (the Science of Abrogation). Not the greatest Allaamah or Shaikhul Hadith can claim to have this expertise. Yet, you, a laymen, lacking in every branch of Shar’i Ilm have assumed upon yourself the way of securing an abode in Hell-Fire.

With your corrupt opinion you have sought to cancel countless Qur’aanic Verses which explicitly refute the convolution you have presented. Your claim that there is a contradiction between the two Qur’aanic verses is kufr. If you had a valid understanding of the Qur’aan, and this is possible only with qualified Ilm, you would not have so auda-ciously blurted out the kufr. Allah Ta’ala says in the Qur’aan Majeed:

“What! Do they not reflect in the Qur’aan? If it (the Qur’aan) was from (a source) other than Allah, they would have found in it abundant con-tradictions.” (An-Nisaa’, Aayat 82)

Contradiction is totally negated by the Qur’aan itself. This Aayat was directed to the kuffaar – the Mushrikeen of Makkah – who were experts in the Arabic language. Despite being implacable foes of Islam, they could not find any contradictions, but you who lack in Islamic Knowledge see contradiction!

Forget about understanding what these verses mean. Resort to Taubah and adhere to the commands of the Shariah. In this lies the safety of your Imaan and the assurance of Najaat (Salvation) in the Aakhirat).

A Commentary Upon the Akhlaaq ‘l-Mustafa of Shaykh Abdullahi Dan Fodio
Among his character traits, upon him be peace which are a part of the branches of faith is in what Shaykh Abdullahi Dan Fodio said in his Akhlaaq ‘l-Mustafa (The Character Traits of the Chosen One): “…he would get angry for the sake of his Lord”; which means that he only became angry for the sake of Allah. This indicates that when anyone overstepped the bounds of the limits of Allah, he would then become angry at the offense.

It has been related in a narration of at-Tirmidhi in his as-Shimaa’il ‘l-Muhammadiyya on the authority of al-Hassan ibn Ali ibn Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with them, who said describing his grandfather, ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ : “Whenever the limits of the truth were overstepped, nothing could overcome his anger until he eventually gave victory to the truth.”

This means that whenever anyone overstepped the bounds of the truth, nothing could divert the anger of the Messenger of Allah or anything from those matters which normally diverted a person such as conventions and customs, until he gave assistance to the truth.

It has been related in a narration of Qadi `Iyad in his as-Shifa: “Nothing could overcome his anger when the truth was opposed until he gave assistance to it.”

For, anger for the sake of Allah is an obligation regarding the rights of the Prophets, upon them blessings and peace, because they were commissioned in order to give assistance to the rights of Allah and His religion. For this reason a prophet never gets angry except for the sake of Allah alone.

Whenever one of the prophets became angry for anything, Allah too became angry for that thing. It has been related in a prophetic tradition with a weak chain of transmission on the authority of Muhammad ibn `Amr ibn al-Hamaq that the Messenger of Allah, ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ said: “No servant realizes the truth of true faith until he becomes angry for the sake of Allah and becomes content for the sake of Allah. For, when he is able to do this, only then will he achieve the reality of true faith.”

This means that the faith of the servants of Allah can never be perfected until they are content for the sake of Allah and angry for His sake.

This is because they are His beloved and protected friends (awliyya) whom Allah has become their hearing by which they hear, their sight by which they see, their tongue by which they speak, their hearts by which they reason; thus when they become angry for anything Allah Himself becomes angry due to their anger.

It is for this reason the Messenger of Allah, ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ said regarding Umar ibn al-Khataab as it was related by Abu’n-Nu`aym, ad-Daylami, and Ibn ‘n-Najaar on the authority of Ali ibn Abi Talib: “Be fearfully aware of the anger of Umar, for indeed Allah becomes angry as a result of his anger.”

He also once said to his daughter, Fatima az-Zahra as it has been related by Ibn ‘n-Najaar on the authority of Ali ibn Abi Talib: “Indeed Allah becomes angry due to your anger, and He becomes content as a result of your contentment.”

Then, the Shaykh Abdullahi Dan Fodio said about the Messenger of Allah, ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ “…and he never became angry for himself” is that he never became angry for any reason regarding himself, or he never became angry as a result of his own whims. For whenever anyone made an infraction against the Messenger of Allah, ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ by words or deeds from the uncouth Arabs, or those who were ignorant of the correct courtesy towards him, or from some of the intentional harm of the hypocrites; he would never become angry as a result of that. On the contrary he would encounter their transgressions with benevolence, pardon, kindness and nobility, as we mentioned previously.

In a narration of Qadi `Iyad it said: “…and he never became angry for himself, nor did he ever take revenge for himself.” He did this emulating the words of Allah ta`ala: “Take the way of pardoning, command the practical and turn away from the ignorant.”

Shaykh Abdullahi’s brother and teacher, Shehu Uthman Dan Fodio said in his Umdat’l-Bayaan Fee’l-`Uluum Alatee Waajibat ‘Ala’l-`Ayaan:

“Anger is one of the blameworthy qualities which it is forbidden to have. Its reality is the boiling of the blood of the heart to seek revenge. It has three degrees:

[1] insufficient (tafreet);
[2] excessive (ifrat);
and [3] moderate (i`tidal).

Insufficient anger is the absolute lack of anger; for this is blameworthy because he does not become angry when he witnesses forbidden things. For the lack of anger in that case is blameworthy.

Excessive anger is also blameworthy. It is anger overpowering a person until he leaves the proper management of the intellect and the deen, and he no longer has insight, consideration, reflection or deference. Whenever the fire of anger is intense, it will blind the one who is angry, and it will make him deaf to every warning. For if he is warned he will not listen. Rather, it will increase his anger.

As for praiseworthy anger it is in moderation. It is the anger which waits for the indication of the intellect and the deen. It arises when it is commended by the shari`a, and it is extinguished when it is condemned by the shari`a. It is ‘the Golden Mean’ which was described by the Messenger of Allah, ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ , when he said: ‘The best of affairs is their middle.’

He whose anger inclines towards being insufficient, he must treat himself until his anger becomes stronger.

He whose anger inclines towards being excessive, he must treat himself until it returns completely to the middle way between the two extremes. That is the Straight Path.

As for the cure for anger it is also divided into two parts:

[1] a knowledge-cure
and [2] an action-cure.

The knowledge-cure consists of six things:

[1] that he reflects on the virtues of restraining rancor,
[2] That he should frighten himself with the punishment of Allah, by saying: ‘The power of Allah over me is greater than my power over this human being. If I carry out my anger against him, then what security will I have against the anger of Allah on the Day of Rising?’
[3] That he make himself fear the consequences of anger in this world if he does not have fear of the next life.
[4] That he reflect on the ugliness of his own form when he becomes angry. Then he will recall how someone else’s form looked during their anger. He should also reflect on how much he resembles the mad dog when he abandons tolerance, and how much he resembles the awliyya when he abandons his anger.
[5] That he reflect on the causes which incite him to take revenge. No doubt it is from the words of shaytaan to him: ‘This will make you look impotent and humiliated before the people.’ This is the knowledge-cure.”

Shaykh Abdullahi Dan Fodio said in his Diya `Uluum ‘d-Deen regarding the causes of anger:

“The causes of anger are arrogance, conceit, making fun of people, earmarking individuals for criticism, rushing in matters, perils, and the intense craving for attaining wealth and rank. Its cure is:
[1] to remember the merits of controlling rage,
[2] yearning for the reward for controlling one’s anger,
[3] having fear of Allah,
[4] recalling the end results of anger in this world’s life, and
[5] the recalling of the ugliness of the demeanor when one is angry.
[6] One should beware of the words of the Satan when he says: ‘If you do not take revenge for that incident, then it will be considered as impotence on your part, and losing face in the eyes of the people.’ Oppose him in that so that you will not be belittled in the eyes of Allah, the Angels, and the Prophets. If you are standing when you become angry, then you should sit down, and if you are sitting when you become angry, then you should lay down. If this does not work then make ablution and/or take a complete bath.”

It was related by Ibn Abi `Adiyy on the authority of Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ said: “When a man becomes angry he should say: ‘I seek refuge with Allah’; then his anger will dissipate.”

In the narration of at-Tabaraani on the authority of Ibn Mas`ud: “If one of you becomes angry, he should seek refuge with Allah from Satan the rejected, then his anger will be dissipated.”

It has been related by Ahmad on the authority of Ibn Abbas that the Messenger of Allah, ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ said: “When one of you becomes angry, he should be quiet.”

In the transmission of Abu Dharr the Messenger of Allah, ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ said: “When one of you becomes angry and he is standing he should sit down. His anger should dissipate; if not then he should lay down.”

It has been related by Ahmad and Abu Dawud on the authority of `Atiyya as-Sa`di that the Messenger of Allah, ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ said: “Anger is from Satan, and Satan was created from fire. That which extinguishes fire is water, so when one of you becomes angry, then he should make ablution.”

In the narration of Ibn `Asakir on Mu`awiyya that the Messenger of Allah, ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ said: “Water extinguishes fire, so when one of you becomes angry he should take a complete bath.”

The wisdom in the above cited prophetic traditions constitute the action cure for anger; and success is with Allah.

O GOD make us all among those who love for Your sake and become angry for Your sake; by the rank of our master Muhammad, upon him from Allah be the best blessings and most perfect peace.



While these so-called ‘Bukhari’ and other  brands of jalsahs and merrymaking functions are morally and spiritually destructive for even males, the harms are multiplied and magnified regarding females whom Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said  are ‘AURAH”Their entire bodies and even their voices are Aurah which have to be compulsorily concealed. Numerous evils and vices are spawned by madrasahs and jalsahs for females.

These curses were unheard of and non-existent for fourteen centuries from the era of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). It is in this era in close proximity to Qiyaamah that Iblees has harnessed into his plot molvi agents to execute his conspiracy of morally destroying the Ummah with this TRAP of girls madrasahs and jalsahs for them. 

We reproduce here an extremely disturbing letter from a justifiably disgruntled and concerned father:

“Assalaamu Alaikum Mufti

I read your article pertaining to kufr in secular education. I have been sitting in an extremely troublesome matter with regards to the Ulooms. Has ulooms and islamic institutes become places of shaytaan’s homes?

Firstly, my eldest daughter attended girls Madrassah Tus-Saalihaat in Port Elizabeth about 10 – 15years ago. The fitna that came from that madrassah was unbelievable. The most troublesome situation was regarding two appas that came from Zakariyya Park girls madrassah. They were lesbian.  We were told that it was just a rumour, and we obviously ignored it.

But now,  two of my nieces are at girls madrassah Zakariyya Park Uloom and the situation with regards to lesbianism is so rife that we make dua our girls do not come home with an interest in any girl. (Dua is not sufficient. Casting the girls voluntarily in to the devil’s den, then expecting them to emerge unscathed from the filth, is not intelligent. – The Majlis)

How can it be possible that a place of learning Allah’s Deen and Kalaam is corrupted  with such filth? Is it not supposed to be a place free from all haraam and shaytaani vices especially such haraam kinds since it is a place of learning pure deen?

(Shaitaan operates from these institutions. Girls madrasahs are abnormal, un-Islamic and haraam institutions. These madrasahs were inspired by Iblees. It is a great and dark plot of shaitaan. –The Majlis)

To top it all the male ustaadhs are said to have ‘kashf’ and they see the girls from behind the veil to the extent of  knowing the colour of their eyes and what they doing in class. My question pertaining to this, is: How does Allah Ta’ala give a man ‘kashf’ to see young girls and to watch them behind the veil?

(Undoubtedly, these evil male teachers are receiving kashf – revelation. But it is not from Allah Ta’ala. It is from Shaitaan. Shaitaan urinates his satansim into their brains, hence they are involved in a variety of kinds of zina at these institutions. –The Majlis)

And in Madrasahtus-Saalihaat, PE, my daughter and her class mates were made to learn conversational Arabic.  Every week a different man would come and converse in Arabic with them. It were mainly Egyptian men and young boys freshly graduated from uloom. (All members of the League of Iblees – The Majlis)

My question pertaining to these matters is:  What is the point of learning Allah’s Deen when our the Izzat (honour) of our  girls is being wasted down the drain by them being  exposed to men, and made to advertise their voices to the men? What hayaa and modesty are they being taught?

(In fact, they are actively trained to ruin whatever Imaani hayaa they have. These haraam institutions of Iblees destroy the hayaa and Imaan of the girls under Deeni guise- The Majlis)

Once at this very madrassah when the wife of one of the moulanas died, the girls were asked by the grieving moulana to sing for him nasheeds to make him feel better. (This bizarre, shaitaani episode testifies that the molvi agent of Iblees was not genuinely grieving. He was satanically manipulating his wife’s death for zina gratification. – The Majlis)

I don’t understand the reasoning behind the fact that males are teaching our girls and they have to speak to the males and ask fiqhi masaa-il about haidh and the likes. What type of izzat and modesty are the girls being taught?  That is why today our appas behave shamelessly and set no good example for society. (These apas are also in league with shiataan. They are the cohorts of Iblees – The Majlis)

Look at Nasruddin Islamic School in Uitenhage where my kids went to school. There is no pardah between the boys and girls. They sit next to each other to learn. There are Christian teachers and the males and female teachers hug each other at the end of the year parties. When meetings are being held, even so-called islamic meetings, there is no hijab between the teachers and they sit freely and discuss matters. This includes Moulana Zubair Patel (ameer) who is the son of Moulana Yaqub Patel and graduate of Madrassah Zakariya Park boys uloom, and haafidhs (office management). So what example are they setting for the layman?

At this same school there was a case of child molestation which was swept under the rug, and appas were being sexually harrassed by the men. But the ‘learned’ people swept all of this filth under the carpet and nothing was done about these matters.

At the maktab Madrassa in Uitenhage run by youth of ubuntu, the meetings are also held with no veil in between and the appas sit very casually with the (principal), Moulana Shoayb Laher and he has no regard for their parda.

The Jalsahs run by Al-Azhar and the Khanqa of KMSZ are so elaborate that they have every year a new nasheed artist coming in from UK to sing at their jalsahs like Omar Esa, the Labbayk group and the likes.

When approaching the current Sheikh Ishaaq about a matter that involved one of his mureeds that is a close family friend of the sheikh, instead of dealing with the matter fairly, he just brushed it aside and stated that he is not responsible for the actions of his mureeds. But is it not the duty of a sheikh of the khanqa to see to the islaah of his mureeds? (Nowadays the ‘sheikhs’ of the khanqas are bogus. The khanqa is a trick and a front for worldly and nafsaani objectives.- The Majlis)

The Saturday Ta’lim of UTH was run by the Imaam Moulana Nadeem Khan where the women and men would freely speak and make mashura with each other over the phone with regards to the programmes.

How is it possible that in the  girls Madrassah Zakariyya Park every single week there are a couple of girls who get affected by jinn attacks. Is it not supposed to be that when and where the Qur’an is being read shaytan flees? So how can any one be affected imn this satanic manner at such a holy place where ibaadah is being made constantly? (Their ibaadah is superficial and a smokescreen for their haraam activities – The Majlis)

Now, once again Madrasahtus-Saalihaat is facing a matter of fitna and fasaad where the madrassah has split up again and once again the community is made to choose between 3 ulooms in one small community of PE. What tarbiyat is our people being taught by the leaders of our communities. My fear is that what is happening to our grandchildren today? Which institute do we put them into for learning?

(There are no valid Deeni institutions today for children. As far as girls are concerned it is absolutely haraam to dump them into these institutions. Parents are casting their daughters to the devil and to the wolves by dumping them into these shaitaani girls institutions. –The Majlis)

So, based on all this information regarding these few ulooms and islamic institutes and all your articles with regards to masaajid, maktabs, madrasahs and khanqas, what is your advice?  How can  we, as Muslims,  derive pure deen for our Islaah, and where exactly do we send our kids for their Islaah, Tarbiyat and learning deen?”

We are trapped in an era about which Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had explained that the only way of saving one’s Imaan will be to flee from the people. It is a case of every man for himself. We all are drowning in a raging cesspool of iniquity, fisq, fujoor and even kufr. There is really no universal and satisfactory method and solution for the massive problems which genuine Mu’mineen are facing today. The vast majority has embraced and accepted the haraam and immoral systems and methods which today govern all so-called Deeni institutions whether these are madrasahs, khanqahs or Musaajid.


Even the Musaajid which are the holiest places on earth have been transformed into merrymaking halls where even zina of the eyes, zina of the ears, zina of the mind and heart are freely committed. The Musaajid have been made haunts of visitation and sightseeing for napaak kuffaar men and women who are welcomed to desecrate and desanctify the holiness of the Houses of Allah Ta’ala.

Parents who are true Muslim parents, can save the Imaan and Akhlaaq of their children only by keeping them at home. Sending them to institutions is a sure recipe for moral and Imaani destruction. The fabric of Muslim society including all ostensibly holy institutions is rotten –absolutely rotten to the core. They manipulate the Name of Allah Azza Wa Jal for perpetration of even immorality.

Consider the Iblees, i.e. the jaahil molvi who enticed young girls to sing songs to ostensibly assuage his fraudulent ‘grief’ over the death of his wife. This man must surely be an atheist at heart. Neither the Presence of Allah Ta’ala nor the presence of the two Recording Angels, nor the death of his wife nor the fact that these girls are na-mahrams who are all habaailush shaitaan, deterred him from zina on that sombre occasion. Instead of reciting the Masnoon Innaalillaahi….invocation and exercising Sabr, he indulged in zina and invited the girls to zina with their satanic singing. Indeed, he has put Iblees to shame.

Of all the so-called deeni institutions destroyed and ruined by Muslims, the worst Trap of Iblees is the girls madrasah, and among the worst fitnahs spawned by these madrasahs is the jalsahs for the girls. The organizers of these jalsahs for girls cannot be Muslims. They are devil-incarnate. Shaitaan inhabits their bodies and permeates every blood capillary in them. They are the stercoraceous vermin and inforsoria mentioned by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) in the following Hadith:

“There will be in my Ummah people in whom these lusts will permeate just as rabies (permeates) in the affected person. Neither a vein nor a joint will remain unaffected by the rabies.”

These fussaaq and fujjaar personnel in charge of the madrasahs for girls and boys, have ruined innumerable – thousands upon thousands – of Muslims whilst operating under Deeni camoflauge. They are filthy mercenaries. They are driven along by their wild nufoos making inordinate lustful and carnal demands for both monetary and nafsaani objectives. They are in the business to gratify their carnal lusts which satanic objective they achieve with the girls who have been lured under Deeni pretext to abandon their homes for attending these schools of shaitaan. They are also in the monetary business using and misusing the Deen for the boodle. They fill their stomachs with ill-gotten money acquired from the girls and their parents for teaching the Qur’aan Majeed. But Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“Recite the Qur’aan. Do not eat with it.”

That is, do not make it a means for filling your stomachs. Do not earn with it your livelihood.

Every Qur’aanic and Sunnah rule pertaining to Hijaab and the concealment of  females, and their remaining within their homes, has been brutally violated and mutilated by  the molvis of Iblees who have gone to the greatest lengths to lure girls out from their homes under the ‘deeni’ cover provided to them by Iblees. And, the Tablighi Jamaat is just as culpable and complicit.

Brother, in this raging deluge and cesspool of iniquity in which we all are swirling insanely, there seems no hope. The only hope on the horizon appears to be Imaam Mahdi (Alayhis salaam). May Allah Ta’ala have mercy on us all. May Allah Ta’ala reform this miscreant, errant, rebellious and miserable Ummah. Everything is within His Power.

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“An age will dawn when the worst of the people under the canopy of the sky will be their ulama. From them will percolate fitnah, and the fitnah will rebound on them.”

A Shaikh commented that under the canopy of the sky are also the Yahood, Nasaara, the Mushrikeen, apes and pigs. Yet, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) branded the ulama-e-soo’ as being worse than all creatures under the sky. They are the destroyers of Islam, hence they have been branded the worst scum. Reflect on the following report, and you will understand the villainy of these evil molvis and why they qualify for the appellation of “the worst scum under the canopy of the sky”.


“The commencement of the Karachi intermadaaris cricket tournament will be this morning at 9 o clock in Asghar Ali Shah Cricket Stadium. Dr. Mohammed Ali Shah will be going on behalf of Asghar Ali Shah Cricket Stadium for arranging the tournament. Cricket teams from the following Deeni Madaaris will be participating in the tournament:

♦ Jaamiyah Binnuriyah Aalimiyyah

♦ Jaamiayah yah’ Binnuri yah’s Tahfeezul Qur’aan branch

♦ Jaamiyah A’zam Faarooq

♦ Jaamiyah Sattaariyyah

♦ Jaamiyah Abu Bakr

♦ Besides these madrasahs, teams from the other large Madaaris of Karachi will also be participating.

The senior coaches of Asghar Ali Shah Cricket Stadium said that the objective for planning this tournament is to search for cricket talent in the madaaris. By means of the tournament special boys will be selected and will be trained in terms of the rules of I.S.S. to become professionals to enable these boys to participate in league and first class cricket.”

Whilst the perfidious conduct of the molvis of these Darul Ulooms who have converted their institutions into Darul Jahals (Abodes of Ignorance), is extremely lamentable, it is not surprising since Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had predicted this rotten, degenerate state of the ulama-esoo’ who are today in control of even the Deeni Madaaris which still bear the names of their illustrious founders.

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had also predicted that Muslims will emulate and follow the Yahood and Nasaara right into the ‘lizard’s hole’. This is precisely what these molvis of the Madaaris are today perpetrating. Just imagine, Madaaris which were established to guard the Deen and the Sunnah, are today crawling into the gutters of filth, fisq and fujoor behind the Yahood and Nasaara to gain recognition and haraam boodle.

The institutions – the darul jahals – which have so perfidiously lapped up the vomit disgorged by the fussaaq and kuffaar sports-people, have betrayed Allah Ta’ala, (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Ummah. It is no longer permissible to seek Deeni guidance from the socalled darul iftas of these unfortunate madrasahs which are shamelessly betraying Islam and adopting the ways of the kuffaar.

What is the affinity between the Knowledge of the Qur’aan – the Knowledge which emanated from Ghaar-e-Hira, and the haraam obnoxious cricket tournament of the kuffaar? These rotten molvis of these deviated madrasahs lie sprawled in the gutters, bootlicking with glee the filth of the western ous founders. Rasulullah (Sallallahu Rasulullah kuffaar. (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“Every sport of the Mu’min is haraam.” Yet these Hufaalah (Rubbish) molvis who operate these madaaris encourage their Talaba to participate in flagrantly haraam activities of fisq and fujoor.

What is the relationship between Qur’aan Tahfeez, Qur’aan Tafseer, Hadith and Fiqh on the one side, and the fisq and fujoor of kuffaar sport on the other side? How did these molvi agents of Iblees manage to bridge the unbridgeable chasm between the Qur’aan and the sport of the kuffaar? Truly, shaitaan has not only urinated in their ears, he has excreted in their mouths, hence their hearts, brains and entire beings are permeated with shaitaaniyat.

They have made a huge mockery of themselves, insulted the illustrious names of the Ulama and Sahaabah after whom the Madaaris are named, and have committed about the worst act of villainy by not only allowing, but by encouraging their Talaba to participate in sport of fisq and fujoor thereby according respectability and acceptability to bootlicking the fussaaq,  fujjaar and kuffaar.

Both these miserable Talaba and miserable Asaatizah should reflect and understand that they are within the purview of the Hadith depicting them as swines. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “He who imparts (higher) Knowledge to those who are unfit for it, are like one who garlands swines (khanaazeer) with diamonds, pearls and gold.”

The indulgence of the Talaba in haraam kuffaar sport of an aggravated kind, renders them khanaazeer, and their teachers are garlanders of khanaazeer – garlanding pigs with the treasure of Ilm-eWahi. In this scenario even the ustaadhs are like khanaazeer since they are the vile agents of Iblees who permit, condone and promote kuffaar sport in the names of the Madaaris and by Talaba who are supposed to acquire the Knowledge which qualifies its Bearer to be the Representative of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam).

The Huffaaz and the Ulama according to the Hadith are supposed to be the Standard Bearers of the Deen. But these students and their teachers are destroyers of the Deen. They follow, inch by inch, in the footsteps of Iblees who has harnessed them into his plot of and destroying Islam. While these most unfortunate bootlicking traitors – the teachers and the students – will destroy their Imaan, they will fail to achieve the objective of the devil’s plot. Allah Ta’ala is the Guardian and Defender of Islam.

“Verily, We have revealed the Thikr (the Qur’aan/the Deen), and verily We are its Protectors.” (Qur’aan)



Please view the following question and answer regarding medical aid. Is the fatwa issued by Darul Uloom Isipingo correct?

The shar’ee ruling regarding medical aid and hospital plan

Q: I recently read an article which claims that it is permissible for a Muslim to take out a medical aid contract. The article explained that if a stipulated monthly fee is paid to the medical aid company in return for which they assume responsibility for the client’s hospitalization or medical expenses, it will be permissible.

The reason for this medical aid contract being permissible in Shari’ah is that it is regarded as an ijaarah contract (i.e. hiring of services) between the member and the medical aid scheme. The ijaarah works in this manner that the member pays a fixed and mutually agreed amount monthly, and in exchange, the scheme takes responsibility for his treatment and wellbeing.

The article also stated that the medical aid scheme can be compared to hiring the services of a barber and a wet nurse. In many villages of India, it is a common and well-known practice for a family to give the barber a stipulated amount of grain or cash at the time of harvest. In exchange, the barber takes responsibility to cut the hair of the family whenever they wish during the year. In this case, although the number of haircuts that he will give to the family is unknown, this ambiguity is tolerated and overlooked as it does not lead to any dispute.

Similarly, the medical aid scheme can be compared to hiring the services of a wet nurse who is paid a fee for breastfeeding the child. In this case, the amount of milk and the number of times the wet nurse will feed the child is unknown. Despite this being unknown, the ambiguity is tolerated and overlooked as it does not lead to any dispute.

Accordingly, just as it is permissible to hire the services of the barber and the wet nurse, similarly it is permissible to hire the service of a medical aid scheme which takes responsibility to provide medical treatment whenever one requires.

Another example cited in the article was that of an armed response security company. A person pays the security company a monthly fee for the service of armed response. However, he is not certain as to whether he will require the armed response or not. Similarly, the number of times that he will require the armed response is not known. However, this ambiguity is tolerated as it does not lead to any dispute.

The article states that the only difference between a medical aid scheme and a barber, wet nurse or an armed response security company, is that the barber, wet nurse and armed response company provide the service themselves, while the medical aid company does not provide the service of medical treatment itself, but rather pays a third party to provide the service.

Based on the above arguments, is it permissible for a Muslim to take out a medical aid contract?

A: In order to correctly understand the issue in question, and to determine whether it is correct to regard a medical aid scheme as an ijaarah contract (a hire of service), we will first have to gain an understanding of the different forms of hiring services that have been recognized by Shari’ah. In this regard, Shari’ah essentially recognizes two types of ajeers (people hired to render services). The first is the ajeer-e-khaas and the second is the ajeer-e-mushtarak. Below we will present a brief explanation of both types of ajeers and the laws which relate to them.


An ajeer-e-khaas refers to a person who is paid to avail himself for a fixed duration of time in which he will render his services. Since the ajeer-e-khaas is remunerated for his time, it is not permissible for him to hire his service to anyone else during the hours of his employment.

An example of an ajeer-e-khaas is that of a worker who is paid to avail himself for a stipulated amount of time. For example, he is employed from 8am to 4pm on six days of the week for a stipulated wage. Hence, if he avails himself for the full duration of his employment, he will be entitled to receive a full wage.


Ajeer-e-mushtarak refers to a person who is hired to render a specific service. Since he is not being paid for his time, but is rather paid to render a service, he will only be entitled to receive his fee when the service has been rendered. Similarly, since he is not being paid for his time, he can accept jobs from multiple parties simultaneously.

An example of an ajeer-e- mushtarak is that of a tailor. The tailor is hired to render the service of sewing a garment for which his fee is R400. Hence, whether the tailor sews the garment in one day, one week or one month, he will only be entitled to receive R400, as he is being remunerated for his service and not his time. Similarly, it will be permissible for the tailor to accept jobs from multiple customers simultaneously.

From the above prelude, we understand that in order for one to be regarded as an ajeer-e-khaas, he will have to avail himself during the period of employment, and during this period, he cannot avail his services to other people. However, this is not the case with an ajeer-e-mushtarak, as an ajeer-e-mushtarak can hire out his services to multiple people simultaneously.

Which Category of Ajeer do Medical Aid Schemes Fall Under?

After analysing medical aid schemes, one will understand that they do not fall under any of the two categories of ajeers.

Medical aid schemes do not fall in the category of ajeer-e-khaas because they are not paid to avail themselves to their clients for a stipulated period of time.

Similarly, they do not fall under the category of ajeer-e-mushtarak as they do not render any service to the client. They are not healthcare professionals (doctors, etc.) nor are they a hospital. A person can only be categorised as an ajeer-e-mushtarak if he is providing a service to the one who hired him. Since the medical aid company is not providing any service, they cannot be regarded as an ajeer-e-mushtarak.

In essence, it is incorrect to regard a medical aid scheme to be the hire of a service.

The Reality of Medical Aid

At this juncture, the question will arise that if a medical aid scheme is not the hire of a service, then what type of contract is it?

In a medical aid scheme, we find that one pays the medical aid company a fixed monthly premium in exchange of them undertaking to fulfil one’s liability. Thereafter, when the client requires medical treatment, he will go to a doctor or hospital. After receiving the required treatment, the medical aid company will remunerate the doctor or hospital on their client’s behalf.

Thus, after examining the medical aid scheme, it is clear that their operations are actually identical to that of an insurance company.

Insurance is haraam in Islam due to the elements of interest and gambling being found in it. One is uncertain as to whether one will be hijacked or meet in an accident or one’s house or business will be burgled in the future or not. Any transaction wherein one pays for something which is suspended upon an uncertain event is in actual fact gambling. This is the definition of gambling according to all the Ulamaa. In the case of gambling, one spends a certain amount of money in the hope of gaining something which is uncertain. One might lose all one’s money and get nothing or one might get something more or less than what one had spent. Hence, we see the element of gambling found in an insurance policy. Further, if one receives the insurance payout and one is paid more than the amount one had paid to the insurance company, then in this case the extra amount one has received is riba (interest). Hence taking out an insurance policy is impermissible in Shari’ah.

As far as the medical aid scheme is concerned, we find these two elements glaringly found in it. One does not know when one will fall ill and require treatment, and in the case where one requires treatment, one might receive more or less than the amount one had spent in premiums to the medical aid scheme. Hence, on account of the elements of qimaar (gambling) and riba (interest), the medical aid scheme is declared haraam in Shar’iah. There are severe warnings in the Quraan Majeed and Hadith for those who get involved in the grave sin of gambling and interest.

The Comparison to a Barber, Wet Nurse or Armed Response Security Company that are Paid a Monthly Amount

The argument tendered that medical aid schemes can be compared to a barber, wet nurse or an armed response security company that are paid a fixed monthly fee, is incorrect. The reason is that there is a vital and fundamental difference between a medical aid company and a barber, wet nurse or armed response company.

The difference is that the money which the barber, wet nurse and armed response company receive is in lieu of a service that they themselves will render. In the case of the barber, he or one of his staff will carry out the service of giving a haircut. Similarly, in the case of the wet nurse, she herself will breastfeed the child. Likewise, in the case of the armed response company, they themselves provide the service of the armed response.

As for the medical aid company, they are not providing any service. Rather, the medical aid company merely suffices on settling the medical bills of their clients. In essence, they are accepting money to give money. It is for this reason that medical aid companies cannot be compared to a barber, wet nurse or armed response security company.

Can We regard the Medical Aid Company as a Wakeel (Agent) to Stand Responsible to arrange Medical Treatment?

If someone argues that although the medical aid company is not providing any treatment to their customers, they are standing responsible to arrange medical treatment of the client. Thereafter, when the client requires treatment, they subcontract the service of doctors, hospitals, etc. In other words, they are taking payment to arrange treatment for their clients when required, and to thereafter pay the doctors and hospitals for the treatment.

This brings us to the question of whether one can appoint a person and continue to pay him monthly premiums to stand responsible for any needs that he has in the future.

The answer to this question is that this is regarded as a wakaalat (appointing someone to carry out a specific task for a fee). However, in order for this wakaalat to be valid in Shari’ah, it is necessary for the wakeel (medical aid company) to do the work for which they are appointed, and for a fixed fee to be stipulated for every separate job that they carry out. In this case, since the patient himself independently seeks treatment from the doctor or hospital, and the medical aid company is not doing any work besides authorising payment and settling the bills, the medical aid company cannot be regarded as a wakeel for the client. It is for this reason we find that if the medical aid does not pay, the doctor or hospital will hold the client liable as the client was the one who hired their service.

Apart from this, a wakeel (agent) only deserves a set fee for the set service that he is appointed for. Hence, for them to charge the client monthly premiums on an on-going basis to merely remain on standby is not a recognised service in Shari’ah that will entitle them to a fee. Accordingly, this wakaalat is baatil (null and void).

In reality, the medical aid scheme or hospital plan is only given a medical name but is a contract of money for money where the medical aid company is on standby to pay bills and this is no different to insurance. Hence, according to all the four mazhabs, this contract is baatil on account of the elements of riba and qimaar being found in it.


Shar’ee Solution

If one wishes to enter into a halaal contract whereby one receives medical treatment at the time of need, then the Shar’ee solution is for one to directly pay a hospital a monthly fee for providing their service. Thereafter, whenever one falls ill, the hospital itself, in lieu of the money taken, will treat the patient. In this situation, since the hospital itself is providing the service, it will be permissible as this contract is a contract of money in exchange of service, and not a contract of money for money, as is the case of the present-day medical aid schemes and hospital plans.

And Allah Ta’ala knows best.

ANSWER (By Mujlisul Ulama): 

The answer on the issue of medical plans is correct.  We have explained medical aid insurance in detail in two books which are available on our website. Hardcopies are also available.

The only error in the fatwa is the suggested ‘Shar’i solution’. Firstly, currently no hospital has any such plan as suggested by Isipingo’s Mufti.

Secondly, if we imagine that there is such a hospital plan, the hospital will be compelled by law to put the millions of rand in a trust account where the banks will pay interest. And, this is haraam.

Thirdly, the very same element of maisar (gambling) is attendant to the suggested hospital plan. The healthy client will be making monthly installments to the hospital on the very same basis that he pays premiums to a medical aid scheme. The monthly payment will be made on the basis of assumed future sickness, and this element reduces the suggested plan to a pure insurance scheme.

Fourthly, what is the Shar’i status of the money paid to the hospital? In the event of the client requiring medical service, the money given to the hospital will be in lieu of the service. But this is exactly the same as the benefit provided by a conventional insurance company. The service/benefit is hinged on a future uncertain event which may or may not transpire, and this is maisar (gambling) according to the Shariah.

In the event that the client never requires the service of the hospital, then in terms of the law as it stands presently, the money will belong to the hospital as is the case with all medical insurance schemes whereas in terms of the Shariah, the money will be the inheritance of the heirs of the deceased who had died without ever acquiring the service of the hospital. The money is in the category of Amaanat which obviously the hospital does not recognize.

Fifthly, in view of the money deposited with the hospital being Amaanat, the client has the right at all times of withdrawing his money from the hospital. But, there is no such hospital scheme which complies with the rules of the Shariah. Hence, the solution suggested by Isipingo is unrealistic, not workable in terms of the Shariah, and not permissible.

From the Shariah’s perspective, the answer for the exorbitant, haraam, satanic fees charged by the medical fraternity, is to save and to have trust (Tawakkul) on Allah Ta’ala. People pay high premiums monthly to the medical insurance schemes. Instead of contracting with the haraam medical insurance schemers, they should put the monthly installments in a savings account, have trust on Allah Ta’ala and make dua for aafiyat (safety). Allah Ta’ala will then take care.

However, the shaitaani attitude of Muslims today is total lack of Tawakkul.  They have shifted tawakkul from Allah Ta’ala to tawakkul on kuffaar schemes, hence Allah Ta’ala involves them in their own preconceived future medical crises.

As for the poor, if the Zakaat-payers honestly and correctly discharge their Zakaat obligations, there will be ample funds to cater for the medical needs of the poor.

The demand of the Shariah is that Muslims reform themselves and rectify their bond with Allah Ta’ala. Only then will there be solutions for all their problems. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“Whatever is by Allah is obtainable only by means of obedience (to Allah Ta’ala).”

Allah Ta’ala states: “And hasten towards the Forgiveness from your Rabb…” (Qur’aan)

In the above Aayat, ‘Maghfirat’  (Forgiveness) from Allah refers to those actions which will be a means for one to attain the Forgiveness of Allah. Several tafseers of the Qur’aan Majeed have listed these Asbaab-e-Maghfirat (those actions which are a means of attaining forgiveness). Hadhrat Anas Bin Maalik Radhiyallahu Anhu commented that this Aayat refers to Takbeer-e-Ula as explained in the Kutub of Tafseer and in Bayhaqi’s Shu’bul Imaan. The most encompassing Tafseer is A’maal-e-Saalihah (good deeds) which brings Takbeer-e-Ula also within its scope.

We all have many sins and thus one of the ways of attaining Maghfirat is by being on time for the Takbeer-e-Ula (i.e. joining the Jamaat Salaat at the Takbeer-e-Tahreema with the Imaam). The Hadeeth below explains the virtue and value of going early for Salaat:

Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said: “He who performs Salaat with Jamaat purely for the sake of Allah in such a condition that he attains Takbeer-e-Ula (the first Takbeer) for forty days, two freedoms will be recorded for him: (1) Exemption from The Fire of Jahannam, (2) Freedom from Nifaaq (hypocrisy).”        (Mishkaat)

The above Hadeeth mentions two great rewards:

(1) Freedom from the Fire of Jahannam (Baraa-atum minan Naar) – a person will be saved from the Fire of Jahannam owing to this virtuous act. Every man should thus develop the excellent habit of attaining the Jamaat from the very beginning. Since the best Salaat for women is in their homes, we have hope in Allah Ta`ala that He grants women the very same reward when they perform their Salaat at home on its prescribed time. An authentic Hadeeth states that a woman’s Salaat in her home is more virtuous than her performing her Salaat in even Masjid-e-Nabawi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam. [Imaam Ahmad / Ibn Hibbaan / Kanzul Ummaal]

The best Masjid for a woman is her home. Hadhrat Umme Salmah (Radhiyallahu Anha) reports from Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam), “The best Musaajid for women are the innermost corners of their homes.” [Imaam Ahmad / Baihaqi / Kanzul Ummaal]

Hadhrat Ibn Mas`ood (Radhiyallahu Anhu) also stated, “No woman performs a Salaat more beloved to Allah Ta`ala than (the Salaat which she performs) in the darkest corner of her home.”Tabraani reports this narration in Kabeer and all the narrators are authentic. [Majmauz Zawaaid]

(2) Freedom from Nifaaq (Baraa-atum minan Nifaaq) – it means a person is pure from any Nifaaq (hypocrisy) because making an effort to commence his Salaat with the Takbeer-e-Tahreema of the Imaam is a sign of a person being free from Nifaaq and this is a sign of a person’s Imaan being intact. The same applies to that woman who performs her Salaat at home, on its prescribed time.

Such a person will be protected from carrying out the actions of the Munaafiqeen and he/she will be given the Tawfeeq to carry out the actions of the People of Ikhlaas. In the Aakhirat, this person will be saved from the Punishment of the Fire which will be meted out to the Munaafiqeen. This act of performing Salaat in Jamaat for forty days Salaat, and also being present for the Takbeer-e-Ula will be evidence for him that he is not a Munaafiq. This is because the Munaafiqeen stand lazily for their Salaat and the one who is early for his Salaat is obviously not behaving like a Munaafiq.

For attaining the above two rewards, there are four conditions mentioned:

1 – Salaat with Jamaat – not performing it individually. A woman who diligently performs her Salaat in her home at its prescribed time, also reaps the same reward as men in the Musjid.

2 – Ikhlaas (sincerity) – doing it only for the Pleasure of Allah.

3 – Must join Jamaat when the Imaam says the first Takbeer. The woman at home performs her Salaat at the prescribed times.

4 – This should be done continuously for 40 days for all five Salaats.


Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said: “For everything there is a beginning and the beginning of Salaat is Takbeer-e-Ula, therefore safeguard it (i.e. be diligent about performing Salaat with Takbeer-e-Ula)” (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah)

It should be remembered that the person who joins from Takbeer-e-Ula will attain greater rewards than the person who joins the Jamaat after its commencement. Performing Salaat with Takbeer-e-Ula is Sunnat-e-Muakkadah – that is, it is a greatly exhorted deed in the Shariah, such that its regular omission is deemed sinful. It is mentioned in some commentaries that many of the Salf-e-Saaliheen would punish themselves for three days if they missed one Takbeer-e-Ula. There are many benefits when a person goes early to the Masjid for Salaat. Our pious predecessors accorded great importance to Takbeer-e-Ula. Below are a few examples.


Hadhrat Wakee’ Bin Jarraah said: “A’mash never missed Takbeer-e-Ula for close to 70 years. He passed away 140 AH at the age of 88.” (Tabaqaatul Huffaaz)

  • Hadhrat Muhammed Bin Samaa’ah – the great Hanafi Faqeeh who was a student of Saahibayn (Imaam Abu Yusuf and Imaam Muhammed– the two illustrious students of Imaam Abu Hanifah Rahimahumullah) and who became the Qaadhi of Baghdad in 192 Hijri, states: I performed Salaat for forty years without missing Takbeer-e-Ula except one day when my mother passed away, (on that day) I missed one Salaat with Jamaat. So, I performed that Salaat 25 times to compensate for the loss. Then, I fell asleep and a person came to me and said, ‘O Muhammed, you have performed the Salaat twenty-five times, however, did you acquire the Aameen of the angels (this is exclusive to Salaat with Jamaat)?” (Taareekh Baghdad)
  • The illustrious and renowned Taabi’ee, Hadhrat Sa’eed Ibn Musayyab Rahimahullah (passed away after 90 Hijri) states: I did not miss Takbeer-e-Ula for the last 50 years.” (Siyarus Salafis Saaliheen)
  • The Mufti of Kufa, Hadhrat Ibraheem Bin Shareek Taymi (passed away 92/93 Hijri) states: “When you see a man is careless/negligent with regards to Takbeer-e-Ula, then wash your hands off him.” (Siyarus Salafis Saaliheen)
  • Usaid Bin Ja’far said: “I never ever saw my uncle Bishr Bin Mansoor missing Takbeer-e-Ula.” (Siyarus Salafis Saaliheen) Bishr Bin Mansoor (Rahmatullahi Alayh) passed away in 180 Hijri. He was amongst the students of Ayyoob Sakhtiyaani and one of the Ustaads of Bishr Haafi. Hadhrat Bishr Bin Mansoor used to perform 500 Rak’aats Salaat daily.

Hadhrat Abu Hurairah Radhiyallahu Anhu said: “He who performs Wudhu and beautifies his Wudhu (i.e. he executes the wudhu excellently), then he departs (from his home) with an intention towards Salaat, then such a person is in ‘Salaat’ as long as he is intentionally going towards Salaat and with one of his footsteps a reward is written and with the next step, a sin is wiped out. So, when any of you hears the Iqaamat, do not run. Those amongst you who will have the greatest rewards are the ones whose homes are the furthest (from the Masjid).” They asked: “Why, O Abu Hurairah?” He replied: “Owing to more steps (which a person will take whilst walking to the Masjid)” [Muwatta Imaam Maalik]

Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said: “Woman is Aurah (i.e. an object of concealment). When she emerges (from her home) shaitaan casts surreptitious glances at her (to ambush her and manipulate her for fitnah). And undoubtedly the closest she is to Allah Ta`ala is when she is at the innermost corner of her house.
