First of all I’d like to make it clear that I respect Mufti Taqi Uthmani d.b. But if there is an error or a deviancy in ruling, we will definitely answer them irrespective of their reputation or anything else.
Error or deviancy in one ruling doesn’t render a scholar as a deviant in all the other rulings he had compiled, this is our stand on this matter.
In this age, no scholar are error-free to be blindly believed in. Its important that their opinions conform to the Shariah rulings.

If an Alim like Mufti Taqi strays away as much as he did , why do Muslims have to have respect for him and why he can still be accepted. Alhamdulillah we have Ulama E Haqq we don’t need his work anymore.
Alim of Haqq can err , yes , but not this much . And Alim of Haqq makes Tawba for good they do forget mistakes . Where is his Tawba !?
I don’t know if you know Mawlana Desai . He can educate you about up to what degree we can tolerate Ulamas mistakes . Definitely his degree is Beyond and above accepted.
And what do you think, no one has warned him ? ! Sure they did, so why he doesn’t make open Tawba ? Why he doesn’t cry “ O Ummah of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam I mislead you, forgive me . Ask Allah to forgive me . I repent! pictures are HARAAM ! “ BIG HARAM . AS BIG AS WHAT RASULULLAH SALLALLAHU ALAYHI WASALLAM SAID THAT THEY ARE HARAM .
No he doesn’t. Why ? He forgot Allah and Allah forgot him . And Fame and nam will disappear. It’s much more kuffar and fussaq then decent Muslims , he fear he will loose love and respect of fussaq and kuffar Does he care for handful of Muslims who care what is halal and what is haram!? So then how can he ever remain Alim of Haqq with not remembering Allah and continuous grave mistakes and love of name and fame and love of Dunya? Bro how s you judge ?
Yes we wish him Hidayat but until then he is Muddil and May Allah guide him . I make special Duaa not because of him but because of his poor good father . He is probably turning in his grave . I don’t want his good father to see his son going to Naar . THATS SAD .

if you are not aware of it by now then please be informed that Jaafar Shaikh Idris who is my ustaadh is a hard core salafi. i studied under him about 25 years ago. and he made it clear of his hatred for the four mathhabs especially the fiqh of imam abu hanifa r.a.
i don’t know if he has changed, so i send you the warning like the other person warned you about harun yahya

i know him. he says the hadith in bukhari about ayesha”s r.a. marriage at the age of six is a fabricated.
he believes isa a.s. was put on the cross and taken down alive.
he believes and i was there when he said it that only the shia’s can do proper ijtehad now-a-days.
since the word nafs in arabic is female in gender, and Allah says insaan was created from one nafs. so this proves that woman was created first.
he’s off big time. i wouldn’t trust him even if he is right. he studied in pakistan in karachi. some of his teachers were shia, brailvi, salafi the whole gambit. may advice is avoid all his articles. even when he is right.

It isn’t incumbent to refute each and everything, a few refutation are enough to expose their deception, if a few are refuted then it exposes the tricks they used to deceive the masses and the same applies for other articles posted by them as well. Anyway if you require the one you requested about Haji Imadadullah Sahib (Rahmatullahi alayh) surely I will refute that Insha Allah sometime in the coming week. Will update you here.

Heard of him, I haven’t worked on him because his influences seems mostly among Urdu-speaking/understanding masses of the Sub-Continent, so I felt that currently it’s not required to refute him in English because there are many Urdu works compiled by Ulama Haqq of the Sub-Continent refuting him, may Allah save the Ummah from the deceptions of this Mirza character and Salman Nadwi and their likes.
Insha Allah I’ll look into it and see if I can post anything regarding both of them Insha Allah.

Please make a post on refutation of javed Ahmed ghamdi and his concept of deen ie who is a modernist scholer who only considers deen as sunnat [which he says comes through tawatur e amlee and ijma (he takes ijma as what is agreed upon by all Muslims like 5 prayers etc and he rejects ijma of fehem ie scholarly consensus)] and quran (which comes through ijma and qouli tawatur according to the him ) and he don’t consider hadith as authority but rather just an understanding of quran ie hadith doesn’t add anything extra in deen..
And he rejects authority of mutawatir hadith as well because he says this term is inovated by scholers after 4rth and 5th century but before 4rth century there was no tawatur…

Insha Allah, but I feel that most of his works are in Urdu and if the English readers aren’t aware of this guy then it isn’t important to post a refutation regarding him in English as this will only make him more famous among the English readers. Anyway if time permits, I will consider it in future Insha Allah.

Yes, his works are in urdu but his concept of deen or similar to his stance is taken by many modernist western scholers as well such as Shabbir ali etc..
They quote imam malik and then say that imam malik considered amlee tawatur of madina superior over hadith and there main goal is to somehow lessen the authority of hadith because they know that hadith rejection can easily be refuted..
So, they don’t directly reject it rather lesson the authority of hadith..
Anyways JAZAKALLAH bro for your response.. I have gain a lot of knowledge especially on fiqh, aqeeda and taswauf from your site..
