NABI ISAA – HIS MIRACULOUS BIRTH

Question: A friend says that the birth of Nabi  Isaa  (Alayhis  salaam) was not miraculous because according to the scientists it is possible for a woman to give birth asexually, i.e. without the normal and natural way of reproduction. What is the status of this friend? In Ma’aariful Qur’aan there is corroboration for the asexual theory expounded by the scientists.

Answer (By Mujlisul Ulama):

Your friend has committed kufr. He should repent and renew his Imaan. Regardless of something being the effect of Allah’s created natural laws, if that thing comes into existence at  the command of Allah Azza Wa Jal, without the operation of the natural laws, it will be a miracle. For example: A woman is barren and cannot beget children. She has been married for more than 30 years, but no children. Then a Buzrug made Dua for her or gave her a Ta’weez. As a result, she conceived and gave birth to a child. This child is the effect of a miracle although medicine did not have the ability to cure her barrenness.

The possibility of a woman giving birth to a child without the intervention of a male is contrary to the natural laws created by Allah Ta’ala. Human beings are not asexual. Thus, there are no recorded asexual births. And, if there is any such record it will be extremely rare, and it will be classified as abnormal.

Regarding Hadhrat Nabi Isa (Alayhis salaam), he was not the product of any asexual trait in his mother, Hadhrat Maryam (Alayhis salaam). Prior to being conceived, his mother was informed by the Angel that she will be giving birth to a child by Allah’s command. Thus, regardless of the extremely rare existence of the asexual factor in human beings, the birth of Hadhrat Isaa (Alayhis salaam) is Miraculous in view of it being by the direct command of Allah Ta’ala.

It is normal and natural for rain to fall from the sky. However, during a severe drought when there is no hope whatsoever for rain, if a Buzrug makes dua and the rain pours suddenly in torrents in response to his dua, it will be said that it is a miracle despite rain falling from the sky being a natural phenomenon.

What is written in Ma-aariful Qur’aan and other Tafaaseer is merely to show to the atheists that such a birth is not an impossibility even according to natural laws, hence rejection of Hadhrat Isaa’s miraculous birth is an exhibition of gross moronity, and scientists who are among the worst morons are in rejection of even the Existence of Allah Azza Wa Jal.

About Applying the Term: “Traditional” Islam

Translations of the Arabic terms are some of the most dangerous translations, especially when it comes to the Noble Quran, ‘Aqidah, and the terms of Sciences of the Shari’ah.

If the word is not carefully translated than it can have a distorted meaning, because the Arabic language is a vast and deep ocean. That’s why it is sometimes better to keep the original Arabic terms when translating to another language.

Many of the orientalists have used wrong translations of some Arabic terms, whether purposely or not, and the muslims have taken it from them without further research and investigation.

The following are some incorrect translations from the Arabic to English,
Al Sharī’ah:

– false: The Sacred Law
– correct: The Revealed Law

Ahlussunnati wal Jama’ah:

– false: Traditional Muslims
– correct: Orthodox Muslims

Sunni Islam:

– false: Traditional Islam
– correct: Orthodox Islam

And saying things such as Salah, or Zakah, or Hajj, is an “Islamic Tradition” is a severe error as well, as traditions are only certain customs and we’re not sure how valid they are, so if traditions oppose freedom than leaving off a tradition will be easier for the people.

So if Salah, or Hajj, or Ramadan, or even Hijab are only supposed “Traditions” than people will find it not to be problematic for leaving these things as they are in the end only “traditions”, eventually opening the doors to evil.

As Shaykh Ramadan al Buti said,

“Beware of accepting the term “Islamic Traditions””.

Question

Kindly peruse this ruling. It appears from this ruling that there is leeway for the permissibility of IVF. Is this correct? Is artificial insemination permissible at any time?

Choosing the gender of a child with IVF – Is it Halaal?

QUESTION

“Can I make use of a type of IVF where a couple can choose the gender e.g. boy or girl, is this Halaal?

ANSWER:

Almighty Allah says in the Holy Quran,

لِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَـوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُ يَهَبُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ إِنَـثاً وَيَهَبُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ الذُّكُورَ – أَوْ يُزَوِّجُهُمْ ذُكْرَاناً وَإِنَـثاً وَيَجْعَلُ مَن يَشَآءُ عَقِيماً إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ قَدِيرٌ (الشوري:49)

Translation: “To Allah belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. He creates what He wills. He bestows female upon whom He wills and bestows male upon whom He wills. Or He bestows both males and females, and He renders barren whom He wills. Verily, He is the All-Knower and is Able to do all things.”

(Comment by The Majlis: So far, the fatwa is correct.)

Human beings by nature have desires and wants. Almighty Allah is the Knower of all things. He knows exactly what is best for us. If He decides to give us something, there can be no doubt regarding it being best for us. Almighty Allah says in the Holy Quran,

وَعَسَى أَن تَكْرَهُواْ شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَعَسَى أَن تُحِبُّواْ شَيْئًا وَهُوَ شَرٌّ لَّكُمْ وَاللّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ (البقرة:216)

Translation: “But perhaps you hate a thing, but it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing, but it is bad for you. And Allah Knows, while you know not.”

It is a fundamental principle of Islamic Jurisprudence that one must avoid imposing upon one’s physical body actions that are usually considered to be unnatural and unconventional  unless there is a dire necessity for doing so. (This is correct – The Majlis) For instance, the human body is accustomed to acquiring its food and drink orally through the gullet, but there are times when, due to certain ailments, food cannot be given to a patient orally. In such cases, the patient is then fed intravenously. Oral feeding is the conventional method whereas the intravenous one will be considered to be the unconventional one.

Shari’ah only permits the intravenous method due to necessity as man cannot usually survive without food and drink.”

(Comment by The Majlis: The Mufti has expressed himself incorrectly on this point.  The body has not been artificially customized for the natural process/method of consuming food.  The way people are consuming their food is natural. It is the natural method created by Allah Ta’ala. It is not merely a ‘conventional’ method.  It is not a method which has been adopted and made conventional. It is the only natural way for the ingestion of food.

When a person, due to some grave disease, is unable to eat with his mouth and is forced by circumstances to consume food with his posterior or be fed intravenously, then such methods will be unnatural, not merely ‘unconventional’. An unconventional method can sometimes be natural, e.g. drinking water with a straw, or eating with knives and forks, or eating from a brand new or a thoroughly cleansed chamber pot. While this kind of westernized shaitaan will be eating naturally (i.e. via his mouth), the method will be unconventional and haraam.

Thus, the unnatural method will be permissible ONLY in case of Dharoorat (DIRE NEED), not hallucinated ‘need’ as the liberal muftis of this time imagine. Dire Need (Dharoorat) is only a needupheld by the Shariah.

The factor of Zigzagery

At this stage in his fatwa, the Mufti has subtly introduced the first step in his Zigzag datwa. He has subtly introduced the factor of Dharoorat to render the reader’s mind conducive for the acceptance of the corrupt, baatil conclusion of his liberal view.

The ploy is to imprint in the mind of readers that the desire of having a child is a Dharoorat, hence the ‘permissibility’ of artificial insemination. Thus the zigzagging between Haqq and baatil should be conspicuous to all intelligent men.

Continuing his fatwa, the Mufti says:

“In the absence of necessity, Shari’ah does notrecommend the usage of unconventional methods of infusing objects into the body.” (This is incorrect. It is a devious attempt to mismanipulate the Shar’i principle of  Dharoorat, and to confuse the  unlearned. In the absence of ‘necessity’ (Dharoorat), the Shariah forbids usage of unnatural and unconventional methods. The Shariah does not merely “not recommend” the haraam methods. It strictly forbids  the satanic methods.  This is the second step in the process of zigzagery. -The Majlis)

Zigzagging back to the Shariah, the Mufti says:

“That brings us to your question regarding artificial insemination. As all the modern methods of artificial insemination (GIFT, IVF, IVI and ICSI) are not conventional (in fact are unnatural satanic methods – The Majlis) methods of inducing fertilization nor are these procedures a matter of life and death, opting for these procedures would be against the principles of Shari’ah.

In instances where these procedures are carried out by a doctor, which is more likely, many aspects of it will be considered to be prohibited by the Shari’ah.

Firstly, the male will be required to extract sperm through masturbation. This is not permissible. In the event the sperm is extracted lawfully, the female will be required to expose her Awrah to the doctor. One is only allowed to expose the Awrah to a doctor in the case of dire necessity.

(The Majlis comments: This section of the fatwa  conforms with the Shariah. However, the Mufti reverting to his zigzag haraam  liberal trajectory, avers):

If you are unable to conceive through natural methods, and there are no other alternatives, then there is leeway in making use of IVF.”

(Our Comment: This is the satanism which shaitaan has inspired into the brains of the Mufti. With this stupid statement he seeks to impose on the understanding of ignorant people that sterility (uqmah/barrenness) is Shar’i Dhuroorat justifying the commission of haraam and a major sin.

While this wayward Mufti  begins his Zigzag  fatwa with  the appropriate Qur’aanic Aayat, he  conveniently or surreptitiously or ignorantly refrains from taking into account  the penultimate  statement of the Aayat which has a  fundamental bearing on the  issue under discussion. In this statement, Allah Azza Wa Jal says: “He makes  barren whomever He wills.”

The sterility whether in the woman or the man, is the act and will of Allah Ta’ala. In this Aayat, Allah Azza Wa Jal explicitly informs us of His Will and Desire. Under no stretch of Imaani rationality and reasoning can it ever be valid to act in contravention of Allah’s Will and Desire despite the fact that in this dunya Allah Ta’ala has bestowed to humans limited ability to act in conflict with His Will. Since this dunya is the arena of trial and conflict where Muslims have to choose between halaal and haraam, vice and virtue, the limited freewill has been granted to man.

However, the freedom to act in violation of Allah’s Will and Desire does not halaalize the improper utilization of the freedom to act. It is Allah’s Will and Desire that adultery be not committed despite the fact that man has been granted the freedom to act in conflict with the Divine Will. Similarly, it is HARAAM to violate Allah’s Will and Desire regarding ‘barrenness’ despite the haraam ability to do so by the satanic IVF technique  invented by the Satanist atheists.

It is this satanistic technique of artificial insemination which is a conglomeration of haraam, filth and satanism which this miserable Mufti Sahib has attempted to slip into the Permissibility folds of the Shariah by the intentional misapplication of the Shar’i principle of Dharoorat.

The Mufti has painfully, stupidly and satanically laboured most deviously and without dexterity, to zigzag his baatil view of permissibility into the fabric of the Shariah.

If a  woman   is unable to conceive  lawfully by the natural method created by Allah Ta’ala, or by even permitted  unconventional methods (such as Ta’weez and Amaliyaat, and lawful medicine) which all come within the purview of  lawful Asbaab (valid material ways), then it does not justify nor render permissible the haraam satanic  techniques of the atheists kuffaar. Her only recourse is Dua, Sabr and Tawakkul. There is no other option. –The Majlis)

The Mufti then says:

“However, it will still not be permissible to tamper with any aspect of the process to ensure a specific gender.  Whatever has been decreed for you can never escape you. If you are granted males, be thankful. If you are granted females, then too you must be thankful.”

(While this is correct, it is an attempt to zigzag back to the Shariah, albeit a futile attempt. It is futile because it is in stark conflict with his ‘leeway’ view. There is no difference between this haraam attempt and the other haraam attempt of IVF for the purpose of pregnancy. Both techniques, i.e. to resort to haraam for inducing pregnancy, and for resorting to haraam for selecting the gender of the future child, are satanically villainous, hence HARAAM. There is absolutely no Shar’i Dharoorat principle applicable in these two haraam techniques.Whtever has been willed by Allah Ta’ala for you, accept it with contentment.

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “It is of the good fortune of a person that he is pleased with whatever Allah has decreed for him/her.” – The Majlis

With conspicuous hollowness and insincerity, the Mufti advises:

“Have hope in the mercy and bounties of Almighty Allah. Make Dua to Almighty Allah if you wish for a specific gender. Almighty Allah says in a Hadith Qudsi,

يقول الله تعالى: أنا عند ظن عبدي بي

Translation: “I am to my slave as he thinks of me, (i.e. I am able to do for him what he thinks I can do for him).”

OUR FURTHER COMMENT

The haraam and corrupt fatwa issued by Mufti Ebrahim Desai on the issue of IVF is incompatible with the sentiments expressed by the Mufti in the above avernment. These sentiments may not be restricted to only selective haraam acts. Dua, Tawakkul, Sabr and Ridha apply to all states of the Mu’min. These noble attributes of moral excellence have to be incumbently employed in all instances which demand abstention. Just as it is Waajib to abstain from the haraam technique of gender-selection, so too is it Waajib to abstain from the haraam technique of inducing pregnancy.

Our advice to the Mufti Sahib is to endeavour the restoration of his Imaani bearings by shunning western ideas of liberalism which the Muftis of today adopt especially in modern financial matters, more specifically in the dalliance with the riba banks. Fear Allah Ta’ala. Maut constantly hovers over our heads. Prepare for the stay in Barzakh. Do not barter away your Aakhirah in exchange for the jeefah of this dunya. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhhi wasallam) said:

“The dunya is jeefah (carrion).”

“ISLAMIC” LIFE-COACHING – A NEW SHAITAANI FITNAH OF SHIRK AND KUFR

QUESTION

Assalaamu alaikum!  Recently it has come to my attention that a new fitna is starting amongst Muslims.  Women are beginning to attend so-called “Islamic” life coaching classes. The problem with these courses is that they use the hadith “I behave with my slave as he thinks of me”, and incorporate new age concepts that stem from Budhism. They however take Allah’s name yet quote non-Muslims and instead of saying visualize good they say make a shukr jar and shukr will be a means of attaining ones dream job and holiday etc. What is the fatwa of the Shariah on such classes?

ANSWER (By Mujlisul Ulama):

Those who attend these classes of shirk and kufr lose their Imaan. Only ‘Muslims’ whose Imaan dangles by a thread will participate in these shaitani classes. The use of the Name of Allah Ta’ala is both deceptive and sacrilegious.

All exercises based on the concepts of other religions and ideologies are shirk which eliminates Imaan.  Allah Ta’ala says in the Qur’aan Majeed:

“Whoever searches for a religion other than Islam, never ever will it be accepted from him (or her), and in the Hereafter he (or she) will be among the khaasireen (those destroyed and condemned to Jahannam).”

(Aal Imraan, Aayat 85)

Once trapped in the satanic tentacles of these shirk and kufr ideologies, extrication becomes almost impossible. All these alien ideologies in terms of Islam are religions of Satanism. Islamic terminology is deceptively used to bait and trap Muslims of weak and deficient Imaan.  Beware of these snares of shaitaan. Participation in these classes of shirk eliminates Imaan.

Answer: Dissecting a baby pig is permissible for research purposes so long as one uses gloves when touching the pig.”

About pigs, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“He who imparts knowledge (i.e. higher Islamic Knowledge) to an unfit person is like one who garlands khanaazeer (pigs) with diamonds, pearls and gold.”

These maajin, jaahil ‘muftis’ who have issued this pig fatwa come within the purview of the aforementioned Hadith. Their brains have become soggy and incapable of discerning right from wrong.  Just imagine this devilish fatwa which halaalizes handling of pigs.

Allah Ta’ala has not ordained the medicine of this Ummah in haraam substances, haraam animals, least of all in pigs. Firstly, it is haraam for Muslims to study in these haraam brothel universities which impart such kufr, atheism and immorality which are the very antithesis of Islam and for what Islam propagates.

A pig is najisul ain. Every millimetre of the pig is rijs (filth and impure). When shaitaan always accompanies dogs, and when the Malaaikah do not visit a home wherein there is a dog, then by what stretch of Ilm and Imaani logic can cutting a pig and researching with it ever be permissible?  When one of the primary obligations of Nabi Isaa (Alayhis salaam) will be to kill pigs, how can it ever be permissible to engage in research with pigs and to satanize one’s hands and brains with pigs? But these jaahil muftis, suck stupid rijsfatwas from their nafs.  The world today abounds with these juhala ‘muftis’ who specialize in defalcations of the Shariah. Whatever rubbish is commanded by their nafs is presented in the guise of a ‘fatwa’.

They must be having some affinity with pigs, hence their pig ‘fatwa’. The consumption of carrion chickens and meat creates in a person an inclination for consuming even pork. Since these muftis are unable to distinguish between halaal and haraam, every filth is transformed into halaal by their satanic fatwas.

The pig fatwa is the inspiration of shaitaan.

Does One “Convert” or “Revert” to Islam?

“Convert” is the English word used for one who embraces a religion after being raised in another. A common definition of the word “convert” in lexicons is to “change from one religion or belief to another.” Among Muslims, you may hear people refer to themselves as “reverts” instead.

The term “revert” stems from some people’s belief that all people are born as Muslims while relying on the misinterpretation of the Hadith that states:

ﻛﻞ ﻣﻮﻟﻮﺩ ﻳﻮﻟﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻔﻄﺮﺓ

Imam an-Nawawi in his explanation of Sahih Muslim (v16, p.208) said: “The correct interpretation of the Hadith is that every person is born ready to accept Islam. Therefore, the one whose parents are Muslims or any of them is Muslim and remains steadfast to Islam, will be dealt with as Muslim in this life and the Hereafter. However, if his parents are non-believers then the rules pertaining to his parents apply to him in this life”.

He also added: “Had their children been considered Muslims then the rule would be that if these children die before adopting the religion of their parents, then they would neither inherit their parents nor would their parents inherit them”.

Moreover, Muslims would be responsible of carrying out the Islamic funeral processions for these children, a matter which had never been practised by Muslims in any era.

On the other hand, the word “revert” means to “return to a former condition or belief.” Therefore, a ‘revert’ can be used in this sense to refer to the one who apostatized (i.e., committed a blasphemous belief, saying or action) then re-embraced Islam by uttering the two testifications of faith.

In conclusion, using the term “convert” is more familiar to people and causes no confusion. Additionally, it is a stronger term, better to describe the life-changing path that they have chosen.

ZINA-SWIMMING – SHAITAAN’S SUNNAH PROMOTED BY MOLVI AGENTS OF IBLEES

Explaining the incredible and shocking indulgence of Molvis in immorality – fisq and fujoor – a concerned parent from Pietermaritzburg laments:

“As a concerned parent, I would like to know if swimming is permissible if there is no segregation of boys and girls. I do not like to judge but there is an Aalim, Moulana Saliem, in our community in Pietermaritzburg, who teaches swimming to our Muslim children.  However, he does not separate the boys and girls, and some of these children are at the age of marriage. They all swim together and have conversations in between their swimming sessions.

The parents, mostly mothers, are allowed to sit and watch their children and this moulana also goes to the mothers and have chit chat with them in public view.

There is also another Aalim, Moulana  Moosa from the same area, who goes to the pool and decides that it is correct to learn how to swim among hundreds of non- mahram woman and girls. Moulana Saliem also makes these innocent children participate in swim competitions like the Midmar Mile which is to take place next month at the Midmar dam.

Apart from all the nudity at the event There are thousands of swimmers who take part in this race. Men and women all swim together and this Aalim also participates in this competition with his swimmers. There is also another Aalim from the same community to add to the list who swims in this competition.

We look up to these moulanas in our community, so I would like to know if this is the correct thing which these learned people are doing as these moulanas are the high profile of our community. Moulana Saliem is part of the Jamiatul Ulama KZN, and an Imaam in a Masjid. Moulana Moosa is part of a Darul Uloom in  Pietermartizburg – Madrasah Tarteelul Quraan.

Can people follow these Moulanas in Namaaz and can we take their advices? (End of the parent’s letter)

The level of degradation into the dregs of the cauldron of immorality and zina is shockingly lamentable. By no stretch of Imaani understanding can these molvis be described as ‘Aalims’. In fact they are juhala of the worst kind. They are fussaaq and fujjaar of the worst order. They are Satanists.

It is incredible to fathom – it is beyond even the imagination of conscious Muslims that molvis who are regarded to be part of the Ulama Fraternity indulging in zina so flagrantly in full public view. It is difficult to accept that they are even Muslims. It is not possible for people of Imaan, even for fussaaq and fujjaar, to denude themselves of every vestige of Imaani haya to organize, participate and promote even 3 year old boys and girls to swim together. But here in Pietermaritzburg, molvis linked to Madaaris and Musaajid are most brazenly and flagrantly promoting zina in the pools loaded with fisq and fujoor.

When it is not permissible to even view the garments of a female, it defies Imaani imagination to even attempt imagining Muslim boys and girls, men and women swimming together. While such filth is understandable for non-Muslims, such zina lewdness is incomprehensible regarding Muslims even in this age in close proximity to Qiyaamah. Are these molvis Muslims? They appear to be munaafiqeen masquerading as Muslims. They come within the purview of Allah’s castigation:

“The A’raab (rural village-dwellers) say: ‘We have Imaan.’ Say (O Muhammd to them): ‘You have no Imaan. Rather say: ‘We have submitted (i.e. accepted Islam superficially) whilst Imaan has not entered into your hearts.”    (Al-Hujuraat, Aayat 14)

These molvis who brazenly and flagrantly promote ZINA by condoning and participating in the mass perpetration of immoral nudity in the water by men and women, kuffaar and Muslims alike, are in the same class as these A’raab whose Imaan Allah Ta’ala denies. How is it possible for even fussaaq and fujjaar Muslims to promote and believe that such zina nudity is halaal? Aggravating the immoral villainy of their kufr is their parading as ‘ulama’ whilst in reality they are agents of Iblees.

These molvis also come within the scope of the Qur’aanic Aayaat which revile the Munaafiqeen. Allah Ta’ala says:

“And, from among the people are those who say: ‘We believe in Allah and the Last day.’, whilst (in reality) they are not Mu’mineen. They deceive Allah (in their stupid opinion) and the people of Imaan. However, they deceive only themselves.

In their hearts is a disease (of nifaaq). Therefore Allah increases their disease, and for them there is a painful punishment because of their lies.”

(Al-Baqarah, 8 and 9)

The shameless fisq and fujoor (immorality/obscenity and satanic promiscuity) of these molvis is absolutely mind-boggling. How is it possible for such immoral scoundrels to be members of Jamiatul Ulama KZN. Is the Jamiat’s leadership so blind or so utterly uncaring of Allah Ta’ala and His Deen that they are unable to see and understand  the gravity of the fisq and fujoor bordering on kufr of their molvi members who promote ZINA publicly?

“The (physical eyes) are not blind. But the hearts within the breasts are blind.”  (Qur’aan)

Toleration and acceptance of the brazen acts of immorality of the molvis are the effect of the spiritual blindness mentioned in this Qur’aanic Aayat.

The vile and filthy public misdeeds of these molvis accord greater credibility and clarity to the tafseer of a Hadith presented by a Faqeeh. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“Soon shall there dawn an age when………the worst of the people under the canopy of the sky will be their ulama. From them will emerge fitnah and the fitnah will rebound on them.”

The Faqeeh commenting on this Hadith said that ‘under the canopy of the sky’ are also the Yahood, the Nasaara, the Mushrikeen, dogs and pigs. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) categorised these exceptionally evil movis as worse than all of these creations. Thus those molvis who are in this satanic game of promoting nudity and zina so blatantly are worse than even khanaazeer.

Their public and flagrant promotion of and participation in the swimming ZINA cannot be by error. Their Satanism is pre-planned and by design. It is a palpable denial of the entire concept of Hijaab revealed by Allah Ta’ala.

If they had an iota of Imaan, they would have trembled with fear even if their zina shenanigans were perpetrated in privacy. But these villains and vile scoundrels propagate their zina in full view of the public.

Their recklessness in the public perpetration of immorality and zina has emboldened many Muslim women to act as lesbians. These shaitaani females following in the shaitaani footsteps of the evil molvis have denuded themselves of every semblance of Imaani haya, hence they are able to shamelessly spectate the acts of nudity and zina which the illegitimate progeny of Iblees has organized in the form of the filthy mixed men and women swimming functions.

These people – the evil molvis and the spectators – are all mal-oon and maghdoob – Allah’s la’nat and ghadhab settle on them every second of their participation in the molvi-organized zina swimming shaitaaniyat. Modesty and bashfulness for doing even what is permissible, are integral constituents of Imaan. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“Haya is a branch of Imaan.” Thus, for even a Muslim male to leave his elbows exposed,  to eat in the public, to laugh loudly, to be dressed with only a T-shirt in public, and in general to do any act which Islamically is considered khilaaf-e-murawwat (uncultural) are in conflict with Imaanihayaa despite the initial  permissibility of such  acts which are regarded to be trivialities. But in Islam habitual commission of even ‘trivialities’ culminates in major sins.

The illegitimate progeny of Iblees – those who prostitute the haya and chastity of Muslim women under Deeni guise with the monstrous LIE that swimming is ‘Sunnat’ for them, and that too by denuding themselves in public – are devilishly oblivious of the faintest idea of the meaning of Imaani Haya, hence their brazen indulgence in and promotion of the grotesquely obscene zina-swimming act, the toxity of which is of a satanically aggravated nature.

What is Imaani Hayaa and Ghairah? The following Hadith will serve as edification for the satanized brains of these vile molvis:

“Hadhrat Sa’ad Bin Ubaadah (Tadhiyallahu anhu) said: ‘I will not hesitate killing my wife with a sword should I see her with another man.”

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Only a person with a darkened heart is deprived of ghairah.”

These fussaaq and fujjaar molvis are totally deprived of Imaani haya and ghairah. Their hearts are darkened with the zulmat of kufr. Never in the history of Islam was immorality of this nature committed. There is no precedent in Islam for semi-nude Muslim males and females immorally swimming together under molvi supervision.

Once Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) asked: “What is best for women.” No one was able to proffer an answer. Hadhrat Ali (Radhiyallahu anhu) went to his wife, Hadhrat Faatimah (Radhiyallahu anha) and posed the same question. This illustrious Daughter of our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), the Queen of Jannat, responded:

“No man should see her, and she should see no man.”

On hearing this grand response, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) commented: “Faatimah is a portion of me.”

Imaani Hayaa demands that a man should not unnecessarily look at even a fully clad woman – clad with burqah and niqaab, nor should a woman unnecessarily look at a ghair mahram man. Imaani Hayaa demands that a man should not look at even the dead body of a woman enshrouded in FIVE sheets. To safeguard this lofty concept of Imaani Hayaa, the enshrouded body of the deceased woman is further screened from the gazes of men by a screen drawn over the female’s enshrouded body as it is lowered in the Qabar. But, what do we find today in our midst?

Thoroughly satanized molvis – human shayaateen – men with the hearts of wolves – goading Muslim women to appear semi-nude into the public domain to mingle with semi-nude males in pools to swim together while being spectated by a crowd of men and women devils – male devils and females devils. And, they have the treacherous temerity of promoting all of this ZINA as ‘sunnah’!!!  They should cleanse the surface of this earth of their filth and villainy by drowning themselves.

The swimming which these shaitaani scoundrels depict as ‘sunnah’ is a Kabeerah sin of the worst order. In fact, for these villainous scoundrel molvis, it is KUFR. Salaat behind these treacherous human shayaateen is not valid. They are not fussaaq of the humdrum class predominating this era, who understand their misdeeds to be sins for which Taubah is imperative. These human shaitaan molvis are guilty of irtidaad. Renewal of Imaan is imperative.

These are the types of molvis who, according to the Hadith, will be compelled in Jahannam to circumambulate their own intestines which will be extracted from their bodies and cast in front of them for making tawaaf.

What has happened to the other Ulama of Pietermaritzburg? What has happened to the Jamiat KZN? Having receded into the fortress of silence, they have demonstrated that they are the very ‘dumb devils’ about whom Rasulullah (Sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“He who is silent regarding the Haqq, is a dumb shaitaan.”

It is haraam to have these shayaateen as members of the Jamiat. It is haraam for the trustees to permit these evil molvis to be Imaams.

These villainous scoundrel molvis, the Musjid trustees and the Jamiat are all Signs of the Impending Hour of Qiyaamah. They flagrantly violate Allah’s Laws and shamelessly abstain from Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahyi Anil Munkar for the attainment of their corrupt motives. They pillage and plunder Amaanat (Trust). About these ulama-e-soo’ and trustees bonded to their nafs being Signs of Qiyaamah, it is mentioned in the Hadith:

“Someone asked: ‘When shall be the Hour (of Qiyaamah)?’ Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “When Amaanat (Trust) is destroyed, then await the Hour.” He was asked: ‘How will Amaanat be destroyed?’ Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “When affairs (of trust) are assigned to those who are unfit (to bear the Trust), then await the Hour.”

Today thoroughbred scoundrels and abusers of Amaanat are acting as Imaams of Musjids, as Ustaadhs in Madaaris and as members of bodies such as Ulama Jamiats.

When such vile acts of fisq and fujoor – such acts of the prostitution of haya and chastity are so flagrantly perpetrated by men who are supposed to be the spiritual guides of the Muslim community, then Muslims have to understand and be in anticipation of the imminence of the Hour of Qiyaamah.

Subtle Unislamic Beliefs in Some Modern Healing Modalities

The Esoteric/New Age Movement/Occult/Kabbalah/Hindu/Buddist Philosophy has interwoven itself in many so called alternative “healing” modalities and “self-development,”, courses today. Many Muslims (especially ladies and including ex-madrasah students), are getting involved due to business opportunities, ill health, emotional and relationship issues etc.

These modalities introduce what’s known as the “Universal Energy”, or the “Divine Energy”. Hindus call it Prana, Kabbalah calls it Ein sof, Buddists refer to a Mandala etc.

Ignorant Muslims, try drawing the conclusion, that all these energies are a scientific fact as practitioners very cunningly, mix in a little bit of science, with a lot of bunk! Some Muslim practitioners have the audacity to state, this Universal energy, is actually referring to Allah! (Naouthibillah) Practioners use various methods to try to tap into this energy, under a variety of names. This Universal Consciousness/Energy is supposedly the source of “miraculous powers”. From financial abundance, to good health, to emotional healing, spiritual enlightenment, material prosperity etc etc.

NONE of these methods are in keeping with Quraan or sunnah nor were discovered by muslims. This leads to the obvious conclusion, that only non muslims have been “guided” to these methodologies and their theory is, that by adopting certain modalities, “wonderful” things can happen to both the Muslim and Non Muslim. At this point the muslims antenna of imaan should be buzzing like crazy!

Some of the concepts and/or modalities are;

1) The Law of Attraction.

This is not a real law at all. It is not like the law of gravity. It is made up. It comes from ancient hermetic philosophy and is practiced in Kabbalah. No scientist accepts this law and it is too stupid to even call, pseudo science! The theory behind this is, that you can control your own reality, as well as how your life unfolds by focusing completely positive thoughts or “wishes” and expecting them to materialise by saying daily affirmations or words. Again, this is not dua, as dua may or may not materialise in this world, while this philosophy, is a “sure thing”

There are entire courses that are currently being presented by Muslims, which appears to be so well grounded on Islamic principles, but it is purely based on this false belief, so muslims need to take cognisance.

2) Meditation and Guided Meditation.

Not at all to be confused by the Islamic type of meditation or muraqaba. This is a Zen or Buddhist type practice. There are different types of concentration exercises, to get “guidance”, “peace”, good health and connection to the divine, so you can aquire the ability, to control your reality. Some include :

-playing alpha waves.

-mentally un blocking the chakras (Google the word and see for yourself the origins)

– guided meditations that take you into your mind, where guardians (others call them angels) wait to “inspire” you with your work, daily life etc

– the calling of “people” from the past, future or present, who you can speak to.

– the emptying the mind for certain periods of time and allowing “enlightenment in” etc

3) Raising Ones Vibrations.

Various methods are use which may combine other methods and even include instruments like “tuning forks” and Vogel crystals (a crystal cut in the pattern of the Kabbalah tree of life) etc. The objective is to become more enlightened and bring your body into “balance”. Muslims are often told, “It’s like when you meet a pious person and you feel positive “vibes.” Please dont be fooled by this! The practioners are clear that these so called “positive vibes” they refer to, are not reserved just for pious Muslims, but sinful muslims as well and non muslims can have them too! Many yogis, Buddhist monks, self help presenters etc all claim “raised vibrations.”

While our pious muslims undoubtedly have a genuine positive and noorani asr about them, remember this was aquired by self control, shunning sins, abundance of ibaadat and the love and obedience to Allah ta ala and is NOT what these other unbelievers and sinful muslims are carrying. See this quote by Hazrath Bayaazid Bustami rahmatullah alayh:

“Even if you see a person who has been given extraordinary powers (karamat) and is able to sit cross-legged, floating in the air, do not be taken in immediately. First of all, check to see that he abides by the divine commandments and prohibitions, that he maintains the divine limits, that he properly carries out the rulings of the sharia’. If this is not the case, then this is not karamat but rather istidraaj”.

4) Distance Healing

This is supposedly sending curative “energy” long distance through or with the “energies”. This is nothing at all connected to dua, as people apparently are “healed” or at least feel better immediately over a simple telephone call. Its origins are from Reiki (which is completely and purely the result, from a Buddist monk’s 21 day fast and meditation!) and both Muslim and non-Muslims can perform these “feats.”

5) Neuro Linguistic Programming

While this is not a tapping into “divine” energy, it is a type of hypnotherapy used to influence people to be more favourable to their suggestions (whatever they may be). They claim you will be able to acquire “success” in business, in love, in life pursuits, in counselling etc.

Allowing someone to invade your “head space”, is not only atrocious and offensive, but has many potential dangers. Even a slightly corrupted individual, can have a field day with you, if you are a susceptible individual! However when NLP practitioners use their “skills” and do this WITHOUT your knowledge, then this should be considered criminal!

Muslims should watch out for a type of rambling conversation, an effort to mimic your body movements and attempts to “anchor” you by touching you at certain points or the use of auditory or verbal expressions, to see if you are being NLP’ed! (Mention of NLP has specifically been made as many of the practioners of the other methods, are registered NLP practitioners.

Many women who have alhumdolillah come out, express the same sentiment… “I have no idea why I couldn’t see or known better” (Something to ponder over!)

6) Allowing the “Energy” of the universe to “unblock” causes of illness, emotional problems, mental issues etc.

One of the most common modalities and most accepted in our community. Most have their roots in Reiki, as well as Hinduism, but many mix and match and then claim to have their own modality.

This is just a brief summary of some of the dangers out there. Muslims should not be a nation of gullible fools, that swallow anything and everything fed to them. Use Quraan, Sunnah and the pious Ulama as our ultimate guides, and inshallah you will never go wrong.

MUSJID AND ‘OFFICIAL’ OPENING

Question: Our new Musjid is going to have an official opening on 25 March. Many dignitaries, alims and muftis will be attending. How is a Musjid opened in terms of the Shariah?

Answer (by Mujlisul Ulama):

There is no such thing as an ‘official opening’ for a Musjid. This is a kuffaar practice. The opening of a Musjid is the delivery of the Athaan and the performance of Salaat. That is the all of a Musjid’s ‘opening’. Nowadays every stupid opportunity is seized for merrymaking, ostentation (riya) and self-aggrandizement.

What was the official opening ceremony for the Musjid of our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) in Madinah? Never was there any ‘official’ openings for any of the great Musaajid of Islam. The ‘dignitaries, muftis and alims’ will all be stupid serfs of their nafs and will be basking in riya and takabbur with their speeches designed f or maximum selfaggrandizement. They will be blowing much hot air and kick up dust about the ‘Sunnah’, when their very stupid ‘opening’ ceremony is in conflict with the Shariah. There is no basis in the Sunnah for these kuffaar-emulated practices. After all the sound and fury of their speeches, they will indulge in merrymaking feasting with gluttonous fervor, then suffer constipation and heed the summons of the toilet. They are astray and mislead others.

HONOURING A FAASIQ WITH SALAAM SHAKES THE ARSH OF ALLAH AZZA WA JAL

QUESTION

Some persons are circulating the message that according to The Majlis it is not permissible to make Salaam to  even one’s father, uncle and any other close male relative who shaves his beard. Is this correct? Commenting on this message, a Molana Abed from Verulam said: “We all know we have our weaknesses. Everybody’s cupboards are full of skeletons. We won’t be able to greet anybody.  Please comment.

ANSWER AND COMMENT

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“When a faasiq is praised, the Arsh of Allah shudders.”

It is haraam to praise and honour a faasiq. A FAASIQ is a flagrant, callous, shaemess sinner – one who shamelessly and audaciously flouts the laws of Allah Ta’ala in public. He has no care for the Shariah of Allah Ta’ala. He has no love for the Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). If he believes that his dastardly acts of fisq are valid, permissible or he regards the prohibition with insignificance (with istikhfaaf), then he becomes a kaafir, and in this decree of the Shariah there is no difference of opinion among the Fuqaha.

As for the molvi’s ‘skeletons in the cupboard’ comment, he is a jaahil par excellence. He must have picked up his ‘molvi’ title in some dirt bin, hence he acquits himself with rubbish akin to kufr. It is akin to kufr because he views the Waajib Beard with disdain – with istikhfaaf. Allah Ta’ala is well aware of everyone’s ‘skeletons in the cupboard’. However, since He is Saatirul Uyoob (The One Who conceals sins), He does not humiliate those who are remorseful of their ‘skeletons in the cupboard’. As long as  a man conceals his ‘skeletons’, does not exhibit them in public, regrets and is remorseful for the ‘skeletons’, Allah Ta’ala will not disgrace him. Allah Ta’ala will clean his cupboard of all the ‘skeletons’. This Divine Process of Cleansing will efface the ‘skeletons’ from even the memories of the Recording Angels.

Confirming that all men have ‘skeletons in the cupboard’, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “All the Sons of Aadam (i.e. all mankind) are sinners.” Confirming the elimination of the ‘skeletons in the cupboard’, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “A sincere repenter of sins is like one who has no sins.”

Despite being fully aware of all our ‘skeletons in the cupboard’, Allah’s Shariah expresses abhorrence for the faasiq. Allah Ta’ala disgraces the faasiq. The faasiq is hated and despised by Allah Ta’ala because he does not conceal his ‘skeletons’. On the contrary, he opposes Allah Ta’ala with satanic rebellion, and he audaciously puts his putrid, rotten and stinking skeletons and corpses on public display, feeling proud of his rotten villainy.

The one who shaves his beard is worse than the one who commits zina, steals, etc., but conceals his ‘skeletons’ feeling remorseful. He is not a faasiq. No one is aware of his hidden skeletons. And, as long as Allah Ta’ala conceals hisskeletons, his ADAALAT (integrity/uprighteousness) is upheld by the Shariah. His testimony is valid in Islam. But the FAASIQ is abhorrent. His testimony is invalid and may not be accepted in terms of the Shariah. Thus if a Mufti’s beardless, faasiq father reports sighting of the moon, the Mufti will have no option but to reject his father’s testimony. He may not ignore the Shariah to please his faasiq father.

The one who conceals his skeletons is not a faasiq. He remains an Aadil even if his sins are as numerous as the bubbles on the oceans, but known to only him and Allah Ta’ala.

BUT THE FAASIQ……..

But as far as the faaasiq is concerned, he is MAL-OON (Accursed) and MABGOODH (hated/abhorrent). He is accursed and abhorrent to Allah Azza Wa Jal. Now understand well that the villain who shaves his beards is among the worst fussaaqLa’nat percolates from his face every second as it settles on him from the Heavens. The Wrath of Allah Azza Wa Jal settles on him perpetually, every second. Looking at his face tarnishes Imaan and darkens the heart. He has declared war on Allah Ta’ala. He shamelessly flouts the law of Allah Ta’ala, and he scorns and rejects the Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). When this villain applies the razor to his face, he in reality cuts deep into the Mubaarak Heart of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam).

With his clean-shaven face, he resembles a skinned pig. Looking at his face causes greater spiritual harm than looking at a pig which is sinless, and never rebellious.

It is haraam to offer Salaam to such a vile faasiq who shaves his beard. It is haraam to respond to his Salaam. The Islamic salutation of Assalamu Alaikum is an invocation for Allah’s Rahmat to settle on the person who is thus greeted. It is haraam to ask Allah Ta’ala to bestow his Rahmaton a faasiq whilst he is indulging in sin. It is haraam to offer Salaam to any person whilst he is indulging in sin. It is tantamount to kufr to offer Salaam to a man while he is in the process of consuming liquor or indulging in any sin. A beardless jaahil is perpetually and brazenly indulging in flagrant fisq, not only when he applies the satanic razor to his face, but at all times whilst he is shorn of his beard.

If this flagrant faasiq happens to be one’s father, uncle, nephew, or any other relative, the Law of Allah Ta’ala does not change for him. If a son sees his father in the act of zina or in the act of consuming liquor, or in any other act of sin, it will be haraam for the son to offer Salaam to his father at that moment of indulgence in fisq and fujoor. While the son may not be rude or disrespectful to his father, he may not offer Salaam if his father is beardless. It is Waajib for the son to politely and respectfully proffer naseehat to his father.

The reason why the jaahil molvi and his ilk are seeking to capitalize on this mas’alah stated by The Majlis, is their disdain for the Sunnah. At heart they are anti-Sunnah, but being munaafiqeen, they dare not proclaim their nifaaq and anti-Sunnah, anti-Shariah stance. In reality, they are not rejecting and denouncing The Majlis. Their criticism is for Allah Azza Wa Jal. Regarding this type of misdirected criticism, the Qur’aan Majeed states:

“Verily, We know that what they utter causes you (O Muhammad!) grief.  They (in reality) are not rejecting you. But the zaalimeen (the evil oppressors) are denying (and rejecting) the Aayaat (Laws) of Allah.”

(Al-An’aam, Aayat 33)

Since these spineless munaafiqeen lack the courage to blatantly state their rejection of the Shariah, they seek to make The Majlis their scape goat for their villainous kufr. But we are the proud Shields of the Sunnah and the Shariah.

Whatever the munaafiqeen have attributed to us on this issue of Salaam is 100% correct although their intention is corrupt and kufr. It is not permissible to greet with the Masnoon Salaam anyone who shaves his beard, even if he happens to be one’s father, brother, uncle and the like. The beardless dolt is under the La’nat of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Malaaikah invoke curses on him. Being a father or a brother does not absolve the person from his villainous sin. The Shariah applies fully to everyone. A man is not exempted from the Acts of the Shariah merely on the basis of being a father or brother.

Shaving the beard in emulation of the kuffaar has become a beloved, respectable and honourable practice for the juhala masses. They are following the kuffaar right into the “lizard’s hole” in their drunken stupor of emulation.

Commenting on making Salaam for a faasiq, Hadhrat Maulana Masihullah (Rahmatullah alayh) said:

“Leave alone the kaafir. The Arsh of Allah shudders when even a faasiq (who professes to be a Muslim) is offered Salaam. In this regard the Hadith states: “When the faasiq is praised, the Arsh of Allah shudders.”

In the Salaam is ikraam (to honour) and ta’zeem (to respect). To honour and respect a kaafir and a faasiq is indeed severe. By this, Imaan is expelled.”

May Allah Ta’ala guide these juhala to enable them to understand the danger and harm to their Imaan caused by their anti-Sunnah, anti-Shariah attitude.
